It was fair while it lasted . One month past the year mark , it broke . I had been using it in my home office for the last year . Hard to clean . Easy to break . Loud .

Everything is good except for one thing. It looks like machine can't keep the ice and it makes continually. So, I always turn off the machine before sleep.

Only worked well for a few weeks

Within about a month, the “add water” indicator stopped working. Within 6 months, the fan motor stopped working completely and ice maker is now useless.

Nowhere Near Sonic Ice size.

Automatic stop making ice does not work

The machine at the beginning was disappointing as the size of the ice cubes S, M, L were all the same. Still I used it for the past month thinking it had to break in. It's worse now. The ice keep producing though the basket is full. It's producing ice and backing up what makes the ice. I expected so much more and this has been a mistake. I'm hoping Best Buy does the right thing and I can be refunded. $260 waste. I wish I didn't have to say all of this but it's true.

Another disadvantage for me is that it is heavy and I have to lift it from one place to another to use it.

Poor quality

Called the company and they wanted me to pay 50 dollars for a replacement (that I would have to replace on my own). It would constantly leak from the bottom of the machine, and very difficult to clean the inside of the reservoir.
