It is easy to add water and makes ice as fast as it says. Although the smallest size is not pellet size- the texture is somewhat soft and easy to chew.

We're a small production studio with about 8-12 employees and it keeps a steady flow of ice for us! Absolutely our favorite appliance in the studio!

I have had the device for a few weeks now and the only problem I seem to be having now is the ice seems to be wet all the time and it sticks together. I have to do more checking on the device itself to see if there is something causing this or if it is just defective. Other than that, this is really a nice machine.
