Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The unit came with the handle unattached but no instructions as to how to attach it. There was similarly no instructions of how to switch the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit. I called support and was forwarded instructions via email of how to connect handle. Then I trade emails for a week of different instructions of how to switch the temperature readings, none of which worked. They did offer to send a new unit but I would have to disable an otherwise working unit by cutting the (unplugged) electric cord and send a photo of such as proof. I would also have to send proof of an online review (positive?!) to them as well. I will keep the unit and do the conversion on my own. I felt it was wasteful to disable and dispose of a working unit. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
