Misaligned doors - return bb will not pickup

The doors were scratched on top and they do not line up at all with any recommended adjustments. It’s too bad as I wanted a French door wine fridge but this one is very wonky. Now I have to take this heavy item to a store as Best Buy will not pick it up.
