Excellent movie, love Tom Hanks’ role in this movie. Hanks journeys to bring a child from her “known” home with the natives to her relatives. What a journey and relationship formed.

Tom Hanks is in top form in this western about a man’s unlikely friendship with a 10 year-old girl. (Helena Zengel ) and their adventures across a post- Civil War wilderness.Highly recommended!

This is a very moving and thought provoking movie about a man's life after the Civil War and his attempt to rescue a young girl who had been captured by Indians and only speaks their language.

Awesome movie and discovery of the past. I watch the movie and then the extras. They explained all about the native culture and only used the tribe members in the movie. It touched my heart.

It seems that most aging actors have roles in movies that demeaner their original acting roles. Tom Hanks doesn't do this in this movie. Good acting on a limited role. Good movie to watch.

It was an excellent movie. I love Tom Hanks. I have never seen a movie he was in that I didn't love. I was so excited to see him in a western. He always delivers an outstanding performance.

I bought this (on sale, 1/2 price) without having first seen the movie. I figured it's Tom Hanks; it can't be bad. Was not disappointed. He really is the Jimmy Stewart of our time.

Gorgeous filmed movie. Excellent acting and the story was based on some American history I was unfamiliar with. This was an enjoyable movie from start to finish.

We have streaming services but sometimes our shows drop off. Having the blu-ray of shows we want to rewatch is a blessing in my book. Plus, no ads.

The combination of Paul Greengrass directing and Tom Hanks in the main role are always a sight to behold. Both, masters at their respective crafts bring a story that is entertaining and with heart. This film, particularly in 4K looks and sounds amazing.

You can't ever go wrong with a Tom Hanks flick - and this latest one is great - along with Greyhound and Finch - he's having a great year.

Real deal Western! It has everything you need for an Old West yarn. Hanks is terrific, and Helena Zengel Is a star. Leave it to Greengrass to produce enjoyment!

I always enjoy Tom Hanks movie. He is the real McCoy when it comes to acting. This story was different, a new one not a remake of something already out there.

Very enjoyable quality movie of an older wester style movie with an interesting character job position; supporting child forced into a world with no control.

Pretty good movie, ,don't get too many westerns anymore, ,great scenery in 4k but not much in the way of audio, not the most important thing for this movie !

Wow, a great movie. The subject matter was relevant and historical. It was gripping and intense to watch hoping for a great outcome. I bought the movie for my vast collection and I am glad I did. I would highly recommend viewing this movie.
