Love this movie, rented it twice before I decided I need to own it. Wonderful story, you really get the feel of what it must have been like. It’s a Tom Hanks film, what more do you need to know

My wife and I were not able to see this movie in our local movie theater and am happy we were able to purchase it at a good price from BestBuy and am looking forward to watching it as often as we want.

Tom Hanks at his best this is an old fashion western and the reason I love it the most is because it’s all in Texas of the cities San Antonio,Castroville,Waco other cities in Texas are in this film.

Excellent movie, love Tom Hanks’ role in this movie. Hanks journeys to bring a child from her “known” home with the natives to her relatives. What a journey and relationship formed.

Tom Hanks is in top form in this western about a man’s unlikely friendship with a 10 year-old girl. (Helena Zengel ) and their adventures across a post- Civil War wilderness.Highly recommended!

This is a very moving and thought provoking movie about a man's life after the Civil War and his attempt to rescue a young girl who had been captured by Indians and only speaks their language.

Awesome movie and discovery of the past. I watch the movie and then the extras. They explained all about the native culture and only used the tribe members in the movie. It touched my heart.

Watched this the other night in my theater. Wonderful Movie. The sound blew me away. Need to get the disc instead of streaming. It such a sound difference!

It seems that most aging actors have roles in movies that demeaner their original acting roles. Tom Hanks doesn't do this in this movie. Good acting on a limited role. Good movie to watch.

It was an excellent movie. I love Tom Hanks. I have never seen a movie he was in that I didn't love. I was so excited to see him in a western. He always delivers an outstanding performance.

We have streaming services but sometimes our shows drop off. Having the blu-ray of shows we want to rewatch is a blessing in my book. Plus, no ads.

I bought this (on sale, 1/2 price) without having first seen the movie. I figured it's Tom Hanks; it can't be bad. Was not disappointed. He really is the Jimmy Stewart of our time.

Love this story of a young girl who was raised by Native American and found alone by Captain Kidd [Tom Hanks]. Don't want to give too much away. Original story.

The movie had excellent picture quality with crisp detail in almost every shot. Great use of Dolby Atmos. The packaging was perfect with no tears or scratches.

As usual, great acting from the entire cast. Well produced and visually stunning cinematography. Even the dirt roads of the old west look gorgeous in 4K. It's a human spirit story and is well told against the backdrop of the harsh old West.
