    Bought these for my rabbits' flooring in my bedroom to add cushioning and traction. These do the job wonderfully, however, the offgassing was intense. I let them sit on their sides with support in a ventilated space for a couple weeks after spraying with vinegar, letting it sit and then rinsing off. This was inconvenient in my one bedroom apartment, haha. Since installing them i havent noticed the smell too much, although I run an air purifier at night. I love how easily they clean and the way they feel on my feet. They are easy to set up once you understand how the border pieces work.
