This chair isn't even remotely ergonomic or adjustable. I have to stuff a pillow behind my back because the entire thing shifts when i sit back into it normally. The swing arm is great as are the other aspects, but as an adult I cannot recommend this for other adults. I will be making a return and spending more to get something with better ergonomics. It's like trying to use a hammock for the back support.

The seat back is not adjustable, so I use a pillow to prop myself up. The main issue is putting it away. Folding this thing is almost impossible. Once you loosen the knobs, everything falls the wrong way, you need to be careful how the wheel and the pedals get caught in between.
