Digital copy does not redeem on iTunes Or Ultravi

I purchased this pack in order to get the digital copies, because it was cheaper that way than to purchase on iTunes. I don't even watch Blu-Ray anymore. The back of the case has fine print about redeeming on iTunes, so I assumed the digital code would redeem on iTunes. Silly me. Instead, it redeems on VUDU only, and only informs you of that after you have redeemed the code. When I called customer service, they treated me like I was stupid because I didn't call and ask them first. The package and the fine print of the code say NOTHING about VUDU. Just iTunes and Ultraviolet. Best Buy is not at fault. Thanks, Fox Digital Services, for wasting my money.
