OK but not as much fun as the previous 2 films

Has a few humorous moments but nowhere near the comedy of the other two films. The actors seem to just want to get it all over with; even Robin Williams seems lackluster. As usual the monkey is the funniest character. Is the last performance of two legends: Mickey Rooney (very brief cameo) and Robin Williams.
