Seems great. Really haven't used it much yet. Has a lot of features i have to learn how to use. It was cheaper then the other cameras i looked at. The size is nice and really seems to take nice pictures. Like i said, nice camera for beginners.

This camera is well takes beatiful pictures. I would totally recommend this camera. Got this as a birthday gift and I took amazing pictures at Disneyland. It's small and stylish I love the color and it's easy to use. I love it!! It catches every little detail and just amazing.

I bought this for my wife as a gift. She loves taking pictures but is by no means a professional. This camera takes amazing photos and is very easy to use. For more advanced photographers it does have many nice features. I'd say this is a great camera for all skill levels.

I love my Nikon Coolpix B500 camera. So easy to use but with many great features. Fits well in my hand with a good grip so it's steady. 40x optical zoom helps me get those shots I always missed. Pop up flash is convenient when you need it. The LCD display pivots and extents from the camera allowing me to get some difficult shots with ease. Camera settings and functions stream across the LCD, so I can adjust what I'm doing with ease, especially at night. The camera helps you to learn how to use it. I use rechargeable AA batteries and always carry backups in my camera bag. The zoom lens can be operated in 2 places which is great. The lens cap can hang on the neck strap so you don't loose it and the camera tells you if you leave it on by mistake. This is the best camera for the money! I keep finding new features to test out, but have had great success in a couple of weeks since I purchased it.

The camera itself is very easy to use, the only thing that bothers me is the focus

For those who prefer no fuss, this is perfect. Lightweight, comfortable to hold and with auto mode a snap to operate. Nice picture quality. Great for people who dont want to be bothered with changing lenses.

I really like the quality of the pictures this camera takes. It's really easy to use and doesn't require too much knowledge of photography but the picture look as good as some professional DSLR pictures. I also like the purple color of the camera.

I didnt want an expensive camera since I am not a photographer. I got this camera so I can take pictures and video of my new born little girl. The price is good and the pictures come out amazing. It's easy to use as well.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter. She loved the camera right away. The color was fun and different. But the ease of using it was perfect where she is 13 years old. It take good quality pictures and with the 40 times zoom you can get a wide range of close ups.

It has a LOT of features that I have not sorted out yet seems to wash out a close pic using the portrait mode any one have a solution for that ?? a nice camera shooting out doors the fall colors were great with it !! I have a Nikon F1 from my teen years with a large assortment of lenses and flash units and its one great camera that's why I chose this one to replace my 14 year old Sony cyber shot that I just flat wore out . I like the zoom on the lens side of this one the flip up screen is nice too one thing I miss is you cannot put a sun shade on this one but all in all I believe this cam will be a good one for a long time .

I am a Residential Home Inspector. This is the expect camera with the exact specs I need. The photos are superb quality. The second best quality feature is the tilt TFTBLCD screen. Many cameras now have a moving TFT-LCD screen but those are made for amateurs who point and shoot selfies. The tilt only goes in the direction of the front of the camera. An inspector needs it to go in many directions so you have ease of taking attic Speco pics and crawl space pics without getting filthy. The optical zoom does the rest. Also if you do this all day long, your not on the floor all day taking pics of bad wiring shots. This is an inspectors camera!

Simple to use and takes good pictures and video. Point and shoot.

Great Camera and great service. My grandson drooped it and I had to send it back to Nikon for repairs. They had it back in 2 weeks.
