This camera is easy to use and takes great photos.

Had some difficulty getting started and there does seem to be a lag in the speed of the focus. That may not be a problem after continued use. I like the camera and the pictures are great, color is good. Ibought my wife a similar Nikon.

The camera takes good pictures but has been somewhat difficult to learn how to take advantage of all of the features. It is a little larger than the "point and shoot" cameras but when you take into consideration all of the features of this camera you will find that it is well worth it.

This camera has made me a better person. Why you may ask, because it brings out every detail in a person. One time I took a picture of my girlfriend and it was so HD I was like Oh man . you ugly. Wow what a difference from the point and shoot to one with many features. It is a great learning camera for new users and even better for those wanting a camera that can do lots of things. I like using regular batteries or chargeable ones. It can make movies to still shots. Love how close I can zoom in for the perfect picture. The best upgrade for me. Nikon is the best. I love it.

The Nikon L840 is a super camera that is very easy to operate. It is compact and takes very Beautiful pictures.It is very comfortable in the palm of your hand and lightweight. The video is awesome also, the sound quality is unspeakable. This a camera I am not afraid to use thinking "I might break it".
