Great pictures, nice color, awesome settings, 5trs

The photos taken are clear. It is easy to take pictures from different angles because the screen can be moved to your liking. The only thing I dislike is the camera uses batteries.

I bought my last camera 11 years ago, it was used a lot more than the average person uses one, and when it was time for a new one, I knew it would be from Best Buys, and this one I got because it does not take a rechargeable battery, which I find I get more pictures and longer life out of a camera if it doesn't have.

I got this camera for the zoom quality, without going overboard and buying a camera with multiple lenses. I still have a lot to discover about the camera, but I am pleased with the photos it took at my daughter's graduation!

A very nice camera that takes crystal clear pictures and easily interacts with a smartphone and computer. Unfortunately, we will be returning due to audio issues when recording a video and playback. I have no doubt that the replacement will work just fine. Minor glitch but very happy with this camera.

this camera has automatic settings as you are focusing on a scean which can delay the click of the picture being taken

I've always had and purchased CANON cameras.... but coming into the digital age....this camera is SUPERB! Fantastic photo quality and ease of operation. Highly recommended!

We bought this camera for our 11 year old. We liked the camera due to the grip handle which makes it easier for small hands to hold and hopefully avoid drops. Our daughter really likes the color (purple).

Love my new camera. I have the purple/plum color and it looks so rich and elegant. Easy to hold, not heavy and taking pictures is very simple. I like that you can take "rapid-fire" pictures (not as much as a professional camera), but enough to take more than one very quickly.

The Macro feature takes great photos! Being able to move the 'view' around allows me to take photos above or below without having to contort myself to see the shot. the Scene setting allows me to get picutres I didn't think I could. I am so very glad I got the Nikon L840.
