    Unlike my previous small camera, the Nikon fires immediately when the trigger is pressed. There is no delay making it possible to take pictures I could not do before.

    I decided to downgrade my phone (phone camera is now 8 mega) and add a camera with better pixels (20.1 megapixels) instead of a camera phone of 16 megapixels costing 3 times the price of my 2 items. I am making great videos, gorgeous pictures and no calling to bother while clicking away!

    The camera was a holiday gift for a 10 year old who is presently taking a photography class. It's bright color and ease of use are an asset for a younger person. And/or an older techniphobe!

    LOVE this camera. I'm a bit too shakey for pics with my phone. Always come out blurred. So this camera is invaluable for taking pics for me. Also use for posting pics to web sites. Never a problem. Only drawback is the tiny "door" to plug in charger cord. Bad design in my opinion.

    I can't believe the quality of the pictures that come out of this Camera. I had an older Coolpix and there is no comparison. Light, compact and so easy to use. Am planning to buy one for my daughter on her birthday.
