Bought it as a gift for my wife

We had many options, but this particular camera caught her eye. The features were perfect for a first timer point & shoot user. She can't stop using the camera, seriously it's getting annoying, but she loves it & I'm glad Best Buy helped us pick the right camera for her. I always go to Best Buy for all the latest tech.

My camera screen scattered while I was vacation UK

Any employee should have ask people who buy something from them to interesting to buy protection plan every time they buy something.
