This is my first dslr camera and my experience has been good! I have captured some great pictures! The manual walks you thru step by step and provided different settings to capture different types of pictures! It has a magnificant screen!

This is an excellent camera for the price. The picture quality is very good for the price I would highly recommend.

Amazing picture quality both in day and night mode. It is easy to use as well. There is a guide mode which is very good.. I really liked the results when seen on the computer and the pictures have true color.

This is my first SLR camera. I understand the wheel and what the different picture settings I can get, however I feel there are a lot more options I could utilize that don't come easily to me. Shutter is quick, which is fantastic. Picture colors and quality are also great. Wish I could take photos with the subject closer to the camera. When a child or an animal walks straight up to the camera, it cannot take the photo just an inch away.

I like the camera very much and have already used it for my daughter's prom and the pics were great.

I got tired of the pictures with my smartphone, and this is great for high quality pictures. If you are a little bit into photography but don't want to get pro, this is a good option

This is a great camera for people that are looking to upgrade and learn the basics of a DSLR as well as for advanced photographers. Being a Nikon, it is possible to use older lenses (like the one from my 35mm SLR) without needing any adapters.
