This is a great camera! I studied a year before I bought one! Easy to use and great pictures!

This camera was an upgrade for me from a D3000. The main difference being the D3200 has the ability to record HD video as well as great pictures. I have had a chance to try it out and the results are great. There is a 20 minute limit per video so this won't replace a regular video camera for hour long recording of special programs, but if you want to be able to record short videos with great quality this works great!

I bought this camera after reading several reviews by professionals, and agree it's a wonderful choice for the "advanced beginner" who wants to take their photography to a new level. I wanted to be able to use full manual settings, and was doing that on my first day of shooting. Am still discovering features like the advanced guide mode.

Great photo quality. Debated on 3200 v. 3100. Figured the extra $100 was worth it in the long run. This is my first DSLR camera and I think it may be a little too advanced for me but I plan on having my photographer friend teach me all the functions. Great camera for the price!

Easy to handle and adjust takes excellent pictures

I gave my daughter my 3100 for her work, she's a Marine Biologist and travels all over the world. So of course I had to replace my camera and the 3200 was just the thing. I do like Canon, but they feel like they are cheaply made compared to the Nikon. I'm going to have so much fun out in West Texas this summer with this camera

I use the camara because my daughter is in a dance team and I love to capture those awesome moves. They come out so clearly, I just love this camara and for that price I bought it for its just wonderful. I would sure recommended!!!

Superb Camera... I have been using it for a while and I am impressed with its high quality pictures .. Easy to handle.. You may need to get extra lenses to play with...

We have wanted a nice camera for a while and we were tired of mediocre pictures from a phone. The 24 pixels drew us to the Nikon 3200. We also purchased a 55/300 mm zoom lens. This was such a great buy for us that 2 weeks later we purchased the exact same camera for our son and his family. We are impressed with the quality of our pictures and don't have to brag about our camera...our pictures do it for us.

Great camera. I have been a Canon loyalist for years, but this camera stole me away. Image quality is great, and I also like the GUIDE which shows novices the best option for great pics. I also like that there is less of a delay from pressing the shutter and actually taking a picture. That quicker response than the Canon can be the difference between capturing a great shot and jsut missing it.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. I could tell from the early pictures what a difference from my old camera. Very Nice and people friendly.

I haven't had mine long but love it.the pictures are so crisp and clear not a lot of grain noise.it is a great beginner camera and excellent buy for the money.If you are new to DSLR don't pass this one by.Nikon produces superior cameras.try it out you will never go back to point and shoot cameras again.Happy Shooting

In reviewing a large number of camera's, and finding that this was more loaded than many of the older models of more cost, I don't think you can find a better camera for near this price. When the new higher level models come out, there will be more difference, but currently this is the best bang, and for less buck.

I am a beginner photographer, and find this camera to have all the features I have read about so far while I am learning. the pictures look amazing. I am completely happy with this purchase!!!

I upgraded from a D50 controls are just the same, the live view is a great addition and the video is better than my video camera
