We use this camera to take sport action shots as well as use the video camera to record live action. With the fast shutter speed you can capture great individual shots of sports in action.

I was looking for my first dslr camera and found this d3300 at best buys. Very good price for beginning dslr user and casual photographer who wants to expand in knowlage and use. Although it came with two kit lenses, the price gives me the chance to buy better lenses or hardware such as tripod, flash, etc. I believe it's not the camera that takes the shot, but te person behind the camera. Experience and knowledge are more important than the camera you use. Get out there and shoot.

I was looking on getting myself a good viable camera. Didn't know what to purchase as in style and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Takes great pictures and great features.

I've been a photographer for many years and find this camera to be very good. It's easy to use and since I have had trouble keeping a camera steady I rely on this camera to adjust.

First real camera i have ever purchased and love it!, real easy to pick up and shoot, definitely worth the price especially if you just want to learn how to start taking pictures.

As an entry level dslr, it fit the bill nicely as a Christmas present. Still just learning all the tricks and such.

I have had better success at taking high quality outdoor photos. Indoor action shots (gymnasium) are a bit tougher.

I purchased this camera as a replacement for our older Olympic SLR which is a beautiful 35MM camera. So we wanted step up to a modern digital SLR type camera and with this Nikon D3300 we couldn't be more pleased. All the features of our 35MM SLR with up to date technology. Way to go Nikon.

Great camera for beginner, I'm still learning the functions, but is not too complicated and takes excellent photos

This camera is very nice. I owned it before though and had some problems and Nikon's customer service even for warranty's is not the greatest. I wound up returning the old one but giving them another shot by purchasing again and so far so good. It takes beautiful pictures and is easy to use and feels nice.

I am liking the camera. good for beginners. still getting used to it as its my first DSLR. no concerns as of now.

This Camera has many advantages over cameras close to it in price. Photo quality is great. Similar Cameras from Canon and Sony were much more expensive. Wifi module is very convenient for sharing photos through your phone.

Bought the camera for vacation in NY. This is an excellent camera however still learning to get the best pictures

This camera is easy to use. The 55-200mm VR II lense that came with the 18-55mm one is very good in taking long distance photos.

I read the online reviews and spoke with several people before purchasing this camera. I have had it for a couple of months now, and I am extremely satisfied. It came with two different zoom lenses and I have found it easy to navigate for a beginner. I would highly recommend this camera for anyone!

This camera takes amazing pics and vids. I was debating between this and the Canon Rebel T5 but it's no longer a debate. Nikon makes the best. And it's really easy to use.

Best Buy employers knew everything about each camera I looked at. I love that I was able to touch and try each camera out before buying it. Unlike other store I went to Best Buy really helped me make my decision easy.
