So far I have only used the camera for one event (kids baseball game). My pictures were awesome. I used the sports auto mode and got a lot of compliments on the pictures. Pretty good for my first time. I'm looking forward to learning more and being able to shoot some in manual mode.

This is hands down the best DSLR we have ever owned. The features are rich and powerful, and the tutorial mode is extremely helpful for novices such as myself. Great quality pictures even in poor lighting conditions. Definitely recommended for an entry-level to mid-level photographer. If you're on the fence, buy this camera! You won't be disappointed.

I have been using the point and shoot cameras and have been wanting to try DSLR camera for a while now. It is very easy to operate and takes great pictures. It has multiple settings and I haven't used all of them yet but it is fun to try them out. This was a great package with the 2 lenses and camera bag along with the SD card and the wifi dongle.

We made a deciosion to purchase a camera prior for a trip to Punta Cana for our honeymoon and what a great decision on this camera. It takes great photos and is easy to use. The camera package was a great bonus and the lenses are easy to change and use. Great purchase

I wanted to start photographing to build up awareness of basic photo composition and learn to set a manual exposure. Through this camera, I have managed to put together a small portfolio to show off. Overall it's a great amateur camera that is easy to set up and learn from while still getting great photos.

After having owned some Nikon point-and-shoot cameras I decided to upgrade to a DSLR. I have used a D3000 (circa 2010) in the past so I knew the quality would be good. I was blown away by the D3300. It has better, faster features than the D3000 PLUS it has a video feature. I have not regretted this purchase even a little bit.

Some people would describe the D3300 as a beginner DSLR, but the description misses the essence of this camera. With a state of the art APS-C sensor and processor, great focusing ability, the D3300 has the ability to take prize winning photos in the right hands. And I might mention it's a camera that can grow with the photographer. The two "push button" kit lenses that come with this camera are surprisingly capable and very small...i.e. convenient to carry. The very inexpensive Nikon F1.8 35mm dx lens can be added to provide additional sharpness and low light capability. But the camera also fits and can use all Nikon mount fixed focal length and zoom lenses right up to the very best $2000 lenses and can deliver incredible images with these lenses. ... there are more expensive cameras with more features...but the D3300 has all the basics needed to take awesome pictures.

I love this camera! I previously had a Nikon D50, and this was quite the jump in quality. It handles great and holds up the traditional Nikon quality I've come to expect. I haven't taken any video yet, but pictures snap quickly and clearly without any issue. This is a camera that even a beginner can handle with ease!

We have been shopping cameras for several months and finally decided on the Nikon. The camera is easy to use, takes great pictures, and has all the options we wanted. We got the wireless connector as a part of our purchase for free, which is really nice.

Smooth and intuitive automatic and manual functions. What you would expect from Nikon. The bundle package with zoom lens at a great price makes this a complete ready-to-go set-up. The stabilization system preserves the integrity of high resolution photos when editing for cropping close-up portions of a photo.

Would have preferred a different color (not Iron man) but it does what is supposed to. Enjoy it, controls (manual mode) are easy to use, light weight, small, lenses are compact to easily store.

This is my second DSLR purchase, my first Nikon. I'm pretty much Nikon's target customer , entry level with just enough interest in photography to spring for a DSLR. What sold me on this camera, beyond any reviews I read, was a store display and the knowledge the store rep had of the Nikon . If you are looking for a DSLR camera that makes you feel like a professional then this Nikon will do it.

I ordered this product on a black friday's sale and I can not be happier with with. Comparing with other prices this combo is really a good bargain. The camera is easy to use and the pictures are really nice. You do not need to be a professional photographer to get good pictures. Shipping was fast.

Outstanding value.... I looked at lots of online reviews of the D3200, the D3300 and other brands such as Canon. Having owned a Nikon D50 for several years and having my inclination to stay with Nikon reinforced by the reviews, I leaped at this package deal. Very pleased with the purchase.
