An Excellent Starter DSLR

I couldn't have picked a better camera to learn on! It's a bit overwhelming trying to learn everything, but there are some very good YouTube videos out there that give excellent tips and tricks. Very pleased with the purchase

Very quick delivery and the product came safely packaged and undamaged from delivery. Love the features and all of the quality the camera lenses and pictures come out as. I ordered the connection to the MacBook USB cord and it made it super easy to transfer the photos.

The D3500 is so exciting, its ability to enable a user a fine camera capture fine pics or movies. It's one solid camera; no, a computer with a lens attached. I was recommended to buy a Nikon DSLR camera if I was going to buy anything. I am fully satisfied. The price was right, picture quality is great, and features are simple. I have a little way to becoming a pro but I'm satisfied that I chose the best to start on my journey

This a huge step up from phones or point and shoot cameras. I'm still learning at the moment. Nikon has some great intro videos concerning the camera. You can run is in auto mode then start into the more advanced settings. Definitely worth the upgrade.

Fantastic 2 lens camera kit!

I am not a professional photographer so I didn't need an expensive or super-complicated camera, but I did want good quality and extra zooming capability. This kit was exactly what I was looking for.

Easy to learn photography on

Even swapping to manual modes doesn't seem very hard for a new shooter. 70-300mm isn't VR but if you're on a tripod, its not a huge deal. I'll try to keep this review updated as I use the camera more

We’re expecting a baby soon and he wanted to make sure he catches as much as possible. I would recommend for those of you who wants a great camera and not spend too much. It also comes with a free bag as well so why not!

Upgrade from former Nikon

I have yet to get to dance, or gymnastics, or all of the other events to see how it captures the images.

Using it for action shots at the hockey rink and nature shots in the great outdoors. Very easy to use. The camera bag is the perfect size and has all the right compartments in. I also got an extra SD card and an extra battery must haves for my uses.

So we bought her this camera. To get her started. Keep in mind it comes with no memory card. No back of lens covers, only 1 battery and no cables. Need to be bought separately. Got extra stuff from Amazon. Gteat stater canera.
