She was working with it as if she was a pro within hours taking beautiful pics. I'm super happy with this purchase and if I had to do it again I would go with this same camera.

Amazing beginner camera!

Honestly, I didn’t do as much research as I would have before I bought it. With that being said, I don’t regret my decision at all.

This is a great camera for a beginner

I wanted one that a beginner could use but also high quality pictures. This camera is both. I also watched a YouTube video that answered several questions and helped me achieve my goal.

Great Gift idea

When my wife asked for it for her birthday I thought she was bonkers. I was wrong. The pictures are so good she has sold some!!

Great Starter Kit

But the Camera is easy enough to navigate on auto and as i move along to different options its easy enough to learn through YouTube videos. I'm pretty excited to continue using the D3500

My first DSLR

The auto settings are super easy to use and do a great job. Great camera to learn on. Not that good for videos, but I use it for pictures so I am happy with it.

I really like this camera as it was an upgrade to a very old Canon DSLR. Me and my wife have both used it for leisure. Nice camera for the price, takes great photos and good video.

Amazing Beginner Setup

The additional lens is also above average. The only negative I have about it is that downloading the pictures to your phone takes a good little bit of time. Other than that I love it!

One thing that is poor is the Nikon SnapBridge app. It rarely if ever works. But my Mac has a slot for an HDMI card & that works great for importing pictures.

Great start up camera

I’ve gotten some fantastic pictures that I’m really proud of. My only problem is that it doesn’t focus when I always want it too

This is a great deal for the bonus lens. Works great and battery lasts longer than the D3100. Would recommend this to anyone starting out that whats a good camera at a fair price.

Great Camera for entry level DSLR market

At the entry level position, this camera will meet the needs of most casual photography fans. I bought this camera with the two lens package and it was a very good price point.
