Camera is awesome but did not get camera bag.

Went back and they were out of the original bag. Gave me a different bag. Bag is useless, it's to small for the camera. Very dissatisfied with this.

Best buy return policy very poor

I return because I am not satisfied with Product and they charge me 15%. I don't like and will not buy any product from best buy.

Wasted money

Purchased this camera for my wedding events and the day of my shower is when we found out it wouldn’t charge so captured no photos. Went into the store to exchange only to be told I’m pass the 14 day return. Excuse me! You should me a damaged item and think I’m supposed to be stuck with it, not happening.

Error Press Shutter Release Button Again

It doesn't have an international warranty. Now I need to bring the device back to the US to get it serviced. As a beginner, I will never recommend this product to anyone. After doing a lot of research, I found this error is common on most of the Nikon DSLR families.

Won’t buy a camera from Best Buy ever again

Best Buy does not stand behind it they say call Nikon , customer service would be we will call and get this taken care of . Best Buy has lost my business.

BEGINNER CAMERA

I’ve had this for about 3-4years as a way to freelance. The lens have truly made the journey exciting. Unfortunately after a lot of wear and tear, good old faithful has knocked out on me. But it has helped me capture graduation and birthday moments for extra cash etc.

Awesome pictures

All the pictures turned out great. We had so many ppl ask what kind of camera it was. It came with a short online course to show you how to use it and also an app to download the pictures you take via Bluetooth. Easy to use. Lens were easy to change also. Overall we just love the camera!
