After using this camera for about 1.5 years, I am very happy with the performance and value. The camera takes excellent pictures and it's easy to use. Overall, if you're new to photography or want to upgrade from your smartphone camera, you can't go wrong with this Nikon DSLR! This package deal is also a great value. Both lenses are high quality and make for a very versatile combination. There is a learning curve involved with shooting on a DSLR like this, so the more you learn, the more rewarding your experience will be with this camera.

I've been wanting a DSLR camera for a long time but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars to get one. After researching and wanting to really get into photography I decided to purchase the D3500 as my first DSLR. I am extremely satisfied with the camera quality and how clean the images look. Thanks to the affordability of the D3500 bundle I can definitely say I found a new hobby that I can enjoy for years to come. the Bag included with the bundle also seems to be of great quality.

I love this camera. I shoot in RAW and then I edit in Photoshop. The picture quality is second to none. Great camera features as well.

I upgraded from a Sony Alpha DSLR and I am still getting used to this. Seems like a pretty good camera. I bought the bundle which was a great deal. I use this for fun, not professionally.

I purchased this camera deal in store as an upgrade from an older model by a different manufacturer. It seemed like a great option, as it was to include the camera, a pair of lenses to cover most needs, and a bag to carry it all. Unfortunately, while the Shutterfly credit that I'll never use was included, the bag was not. Now I'll have to get a new camera bag. Also, in the D3500, Nikon dropped the IR sensor for remote control. There is no wired remote port, and the camera does not support wi-fi. This leaves only bluetooth, which is insufficient in some circumstances.

I have always been a Nikon fan however, I have no desire to ever switch to the mirrorless camera. I have bought one in the past and was highly dissapointed in the quality. I refuse to switch from to DSLR to Mirrorless and if Nikon is going to stop producing DSLR in order to sell mirrorless cammers and continuously be sold out as a scheme to do so I will gladly switch to Canon.

I love my Nikon, but it seems to overheat a lot. You can take up to 10 pictures, before it says overheated.

I would not buy this camera from Best Buy This was a gift I wanted to upgrade it to the 5600 and they wanted to charge me 105.00 to exchange it. Camera never taken out of the box. Will no be buying from them again.
