    The camera in itself is good. I gave it 2 stars because I ordered it online and it was missing stuff - camera bag and SD card. Best buy did not honor the camera bag but gave the SD card. I told best buy that this item was ordered in store by one of their employees who told me that it came with a camera bag and that was one of the main reasons I purchased it. Disappointed that a company like Best Buy would not honor their promise.

    I had a d3200 and only had it for a short time due to having a baby i didnt have time for it... Years later im ready to start again... I got a recommendation for this camera. I waited a long time to get it in. I Just tried out the auto and its amazing in low light i love that the flash pops up on its own. The only down side is that the best buy page says it comes with a lens hood and mine didnt and i went to go and get a new one 30 mins away.. I never made it due to a reckless driver crashing into me.. i called and had them check and see if they have it in the box and it did not. I will be contacting nikon to see why its not included all lens should come with the hood. Other than that my memory card didnt come with it so i had to go back and get it. So far easy to use and great quality! You cant go wrong with nikon!

    I was really debating between this and the D3400. But the amount of features I wanted and needed weren't on it! So I went with the older but better camera of the 2. I bought 2 one for me and my wife. We're going to take classes and learn more about how to shoot really nice pics. The shots so far have been amazing to say the least!

    New beginner in photography. I won't lie I didn't buy a manual for this camera as well beside there's so many options to choose from. I don't have any regrets buying it. The lenses it comes with are average at best but I don't have any other complaints about them.
