    Had my eye on this camera for a long time. When I saw the D5500 with the two lense kit was on sale for $599, I couldn't pass it up. The D5500 gives me the chance to develop my photography skills without a large financial investment.

    Purchased this as my first dslr camera and I couldn't be happier. The picture quality is great for the price and it is also easy to use. My favorite feature is the flip out screen. Great for selfies.

    I had a D90S and I love the D5500! Much lighter in weight and with many new features... Especially like the "Effects" feature and the "Auto without Flash".... Great Bargain with 2 lenses!

    I found the instructions easy to understand. Camera operates by itself when on AUTO. Takes great outdoor photos, especially moving shots such as soccer. So far it's been great for me.
