I've been a Cannon user for many years, most recent was a 7D . I did some research on this camera and purchased it along with the 18-200 lens. Easy to use, has so many features. Takes great pictures. Love this camera!!!

I have used the Nikon F3 film camera for years. Also, have used 2 versions of Nikon CoolPix cameras. They did not offer the quality and/or features I wanted in digital photography. The Nikon 7100 meets my needs.

Moved from the D7000 to the D7100. The difference is wonderful. The ease of getting high quality photographs is astounding. Not being a full-frame DSLR is not an issue. My passion for landscape and wildlife photography has been achieved almost without effort.

I purchased the Nikon D5100 and upgraded to the D7100 after only a few months and I must say what an improvement. The D7100 allows me to quickly change my shooting setting on the fly, for example going from single shots to action shooting. I am very happy with the upgrade and improved performances of the camera. This is an excellent camera for enthusiasts.

Although a simple upgrade to the D7000 the new in camera features, better low light preformance, and slight increase to FPS, make this a good second camera for the more familiar Nikon user. For newbee's open the box, charge the battery, slip in a card, " P" for Program mode, and have a ball! One problem with increasing the Megga Pixel count, consumer lenses show there faults. Get a better quality lens and never look back. A good solid state of the Nikon Art cropped sensor winner!

Nikon D7100 is a very good camera in every way. I also own a D300 and a D90 and I am afraid I may not pick them up again. I had read all the articles I could find and have have found that none were exagerated. I can see myself using this camera for many years to come. I use this camera in our photo company and have taken some very good shots with it. I love that you can shoot in so many modes and if you aren't happy with the results, just go to automatic. I never liked automatic, but with this camera it is so accurate that I find myself using it more than I ever have with any other camera.

This camera does exactly what I need it to do and that is take good pictures.The camera is great!

I bought this camera because my Canon T1i broke on me. I absolutely enjoy using this camera.

Right out of the box, this camera feel and look incredibly well built. Lightwait and very confortable grip. The autofocus system is amazing even is super low light situations. I defintely recommend this camera to anyone.

We were Canon users for the past 12 years and loved the Canon products as well. We switched to Nikon because the equivalent products (i.e. lenses, battery grips, etc.) were less expensive. Both Canon and Nikon seem to have their own benefits, but very happy with the change.

Great upgrade from my d80. I have used the d80 since 2007 and when I began to think about upgrading, the d7100 is the model I decided to go with. So far I have no regrets. With the 24.1 megapixel sensor it allows me to crop more and still have enough resolution to enlarge my photos if needed. The 1.3 crop mode allows me to get more range out of my lenses which is nice. The camera has a good quality feel to it.

I love my choice in purchasing this Nikon D7100!!!
