I had two full frame lenses and decided they needed a full frame camera to utilize their potential. Still learning, but I love the smoothness and control the D750 gives. A little heavier than the 5500, but, really, I can't tell too much of a difference. Pair this with a 70-200 and.. wow!

OK camera, sudden price drop

There are major differences between interface of D610 and D750. I am used to see changing numbers of multiple settings in small LCD on top, it is confusing in D750. Most important for me to be able to see focus points on screen and it is missing, you have to look through viewfinder which is an annoyance. Biggest grief with Best Buy is I paid $1800 on April 15 and price dropped on May 6 to $1500 with a Nikon battery grip included. This brings total price drop to $600. Best Buy would not price match because my return limit was 15 days. Very sad.

Excellent DSLR

I contemplated this decision for a very long time and I'm happy with my purchase. Best Buy offered such a great deal on the bundled package with the Nikon grip and other accessories that it was a no brainer!
