Great camera so far. Love photos and video. Only problem is that the tilt screen is a little awkward, but not a big deal.

Doesn't compare to my D810. I returned this and purchased another D810 as my back up camera.

This is the perfect camera for someone looking to cross over from amateur to intermediate, and eventually professional (with the right lenses and experience). I opted to buy the body only and pick up a 50mm fixed and a 70-300 zoom. I Was blown away by the stunning pictures, I can only imagine the possibilities when I get a telephoto lens. I love the LCD display and adjustments. Just an all around perfect camera at a great price for the quality. If you are buying a camera to point and shoot, or just use auto focus with the kit lens this isn't the camera for you. You can pick up a crop sensor digital for half the price. But if you are able to get different lenses and get creative with the aperture, ISO, shutter speeds, and many other great features, this is your camera. There are a lot of great books and apps out there that will help with getting the most out of it too.

I purchased this camera in September and have no regrets, lightweight loaded with features and shoots very clean, this is an excellent camera and at a great price for a full frame sensor.

This camera is amazing. I have shot a basketball game at 10500 iso and the pictures look great. I upgraded from a Nikon D7100. I shoot a lot of weddings and it is amazing. You still need to know how to use it though it doesn't take great pictures by itself.

Stepping up from a Nikon D80. This camera is great. I love the customizability you can do on the camera (buttons and menus). Paired it with a 24-70mm lens and is awesome. Pictures are crisp and the camera does real well in low light!

This camera is spectacular, I cannot speak highly enough about it. Even compared to my D7200, the D750 is superior in almost every way (and the D7200 is a VERY capable camera). The tilt screen is extremely useful, the build quality is amazing, RAW images are almost noise free even at high ISO's, and the ability to change the aperture while in live view is a feature that I'm glad Nikon was finally able to add to their DSLR's. The built in WiFi works great for instantly showing photos to clients (for that "WOW!" factor), the movie mode is excellent with high quality video, and the on-camera screen is bright enough to see in broad daylight with excellent color reproduction. The color depth and dynamic range from this sensor are spectacular. Low light focusing isn't perfect, but it's a huge step up from older Nikon models and I've found that some lenses focus much better than others. Nikon nailed it with this camera - I'm extremely pleased with every aspect of it and I would not hesitate to make this purchase again.

The Nikon D750 is an amazing camera. It's full frame sensor is excellent in low light situations. The articulating monitor comes in handy at times when you want to shoot with the camera down low or over your head. The 6.5 frames per second motor drive is fast enough for my needs. I purchased my D750 as a bundle with the awesome 24-120 lens and MB-D16 battery grip. Honestly, the camera with that lens and battery grip is pretty heavy overall. The one thing I noticed about the D750 is its camera grip is much deeper than my DX camera grip...it feels great in the hand. The cameras built quality seems quite good to me. The wifi connects with my smart phone and makes it easy to upload and post my photos from my phone. Others have complained about the wifi being poor, but it has worked perfectly for me every single time without fail (can't figure out why others have so much trouble). Overall, the D750's image quality is fantastic, and I really can't find anything I personally dislike about the camera...I like it all, including the Nikon 24-120 lens that came with the camera. I really like this camera.

I bought this product after so much of thought process whether to really invest this much money on the body but at the end I am glad I have this camera. I consider myself to be an advanced beginner. I initial had D5100 DX camera and was looking for an upgrade and found this camera. For FX camera, this is really light weight and ergonomically great. I am much impressed with its HDR pictures. Great colors.... The only thing holding me back giving 5 stars is this camera doesn't have a menu item using the I can print the date on my digital copies. I used to have this in my D5100. When I contacted Nikon about this they said many professional or FX camera doesn't come with this nice handy feature. They told me lot of professionals don't imprint date on the pictures. I don't care what professionals do, when I am spending couple of grand on camera I would expect this should have all features of an entry level camera PLUS additional features. Besides the lack of this little nice feature, I love the camera. Oh, BTW the high ISO quality is awesome. I was able to pump up the ISO to 6400 with no visible grains to the picture...

    Initial review of D750

This is my initial review of the product it self without actual use for photography. I will update my review (if best buy allows the review update, If not a new review will be on its way) once I receive my ordered lens (50MM 1.8g) from best buy. I'm also very new to DSLR world as I have pretty much zero experience in photography and starting wih D750 may be a bit too much but that's where I'm starting with. With that being said, I'd say that the build quality of this product is up there with some of Nikons flagship high end products. The feel of this camera in my hand is very comfortable and it doesn't seem as you are holding something cheap (of course not at it's current price). The button placement on the camera is very easy (however it will take some time to get used to, especially for beginners like me). As I said, I haven't yet used my camera for any photography, I won't have much more to discuss about its functionality until I get my lens and start shooting. The only minuscule thing I noticed so far on this camera was its display which can be tilted in various angles. Depending on your use, it may get caught (if tilted) in the strap or something else which may lead to additional headaches. This however is very minor (in my view), as I may not use the tilt function that often. I hope to learn a lot from this camera and be able to provide some useful tips/comments in near future. Can't wait till I receive my lens.

Good camera for low light but has issue with dust

Much to my dismay I discovered that the brand new camera with a 28-300mm lens attached to right after purchase had stubborn dust spots that would not go away with the inbuilt sensor clean. I tried the blower bulb and that could not remove them either. I know that dust spots are something one has to deal with, but for brand new camera out of the factory I expected better quality. I returned it to best buy and ordered again hoping that it was my bad luck. Otherwise the camera takes excellent low light pictures even good upto ISO 12800 with no noticeable noise. I did not try higher ISO. The 28-300 lens is also very sharp. It has a lot of distortion that goes away once you set the auto distortion on the camera. This is a good travel combination and I do not need to carry more lenses.

    Excellent Camera

I have been shooting for a few years. I started out with a Sony A55, it is a mirrorless camera. I felt that I had grown out of it and wanted to go full-frame. I had to make the decision between Nikon and Canon. I am extremely happy that I went with the Nikon D750. The improvements Nikon make to the 750 over the 700 model are fantastic. DXO gives it a 90 score, which is quite impressive. It is by far one of the best cameras on the market and the best in its price range.

The high ISO capabilities of this camera are amazing. I've taken shots at 3200 and even 6400 ISO that amazed me with how little noise they had. This opens up a lot of possibilities, mainly it allows me to use lighter f4 lenses where lesser performing cameras need the larger, heavier and more expensive f2.8 lenses. Aside from that major benefit, the tilting screen is very handy when doing macro work. The wi-fi works good but t I honesty use it very rarely. Rather than having wi-fi, I'd rather it had a larger buffer which is something I'd use a lot more.
