Ideal camera for beginners and mid level professionals . Took variety of shots including portraits, starts and landscapes. All came out good.

I came from the d3200 and wow! Incredible shots great focus and good video. Video focus isn't the greatest but I don't use it much for video. Also marked a star down for the snapbridge app. Pretty shotty for a controlling the camera by your phone. All in all you won't be a bit disappointed in your purchase.

After loosing my brass for about two hours, countless Google searches, and yes reading the pretty much useless Nikon D7500 Manual, I was able to connect to the camera for two seconds and then caput; connection no more.... Right now, on the phone with a Customer Service rep from Nikon USA that seem to be not too useful, I still have not been able to connect to the camera. On the phone for 59 minutes now... Now trying something else, I was asked to un-installed SnapBridge App from my iPhone, reinstalled SnapBridge, went though all possible motions.. . One hour and thirteen minutes later, HA! I am connected to the camera. hmmmmm how I miss my D7200 so simple, so easy, I do not know why I switched (note I did not use upgraded), wait I do know: I wanted TIME LAPSE!

    Poor service

This review is a review of the service and business practice by Best Buy, NOT the product. I bought the camera on the website, and while I was waiting for the camera to arrive, I had made a decision to buy another camera. I initiated the return while the product was still on the way. As soon as the camera arrived, I returned it un-opened. Best buy charged me a 15% re-stocking fee even though the product was not opened. Multiple phone calls resulted in "we will get back to you". A very unpleasant experience.
