Setup is very straight forward. The picture quality that this camera can produce for the price is insane!

I had a D3100 that broke during a trip to Zion, and turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The sensor on the D7500 is so much superior, and with the brighter display, taking pictures has become a much more fruitful and pleasant exercise. I noticed that my interest in photography did increase by leaps and bounds after purchasing this one, so while there's some truth in the saying that the best camera is what you have, a really good quality sensor does make a huge difference.

Bought this for a family member who studies journalism. They are happy and satisfied with this new equipment.

Had to replace my D7000 and so far it’s been a fairly smooth transition. Just wish this one had 2 card slots.

I am in love with this camera! I was nervous about this purchase but I am happy that I made it!

The AF is fast and accurate and increased FPS is a huge improvement over my D3300. I have more keepers now when it comes to action shots. The ergonomics of the camera are great and the controls are very easy to maneuver once you get familiar with the layout. After a month of use I continue to be impressed and my only regret will be not buying the 16-80mm lens and D7500 kit.

This is a great camera for beginners and advanced users alike. Photos are clear and beautiful.
