Not so great

Bag no longer comes with extra battery, instead with two 'how to' DVDs. They both appear to be less than helpful, even for an average photographer. The clasps are noisy, and most of the bags' clasps were ineffective, likely due to packaging, shipping and handling by careless employees. Again, too high a price for not a very good product.
