    Bought this to use in my MN-N12 vertical grip. It was fine, easy to install, dependable, etc, I gave this rating for my terrible experiences with Nikon direct’s customer service since buying. If customer service and support are important to you, avoid Nikon like the plague.

    After one year with minimal use, the battery went dead. As always, the guarantee expired. So it's lost.
