My D500 won't use a generic off brand battery, so this is my choice. They last reasonably long on a single charge.

Why spend a lot of money on a good camera, and then put an after market battery in it that won't work as well as the genuine product and might ruin the camera? Spend the extra few dollars. It's worth it.

I've tried saving money on non-descript battery replacements. They either don't hold as good a charge, or they're dead in 6 months. Stick with Nikon if you use Nikon equipment. It might keep you out of a predicament.

Needed a couple more batteries as a back up and Best Buy had them. The OE Batteries and the cost came in under what I expected and I was just looking for a price match. Check them out!

By accessing my purchase history using my Best Buy app, it was easy to determine which battery I needed. I purchased it online and drove there to pick it up for same day use. I like it easy.

not much to say, its a battery and it makes my camera work. got it as a backup and its a great addition to my camera bag. comes with a handy plastic contact cover so it doesn't short out on stuff in my bag.

Great battery life for day to day snapshots, but for photographers a longer battery life would be great.

Anyone shooting the new Nikon D500 needs an extra battery. Despite claims to the contrary, I find that the battery depletes much more quickly than the batteries on my D2X or D300. With two batteries, I've never been caught without adequate power. I recommend using the Nikon brand battery as I've heard of problems with third party solutions. That was not the case with my other cameras.

There have been issues with the old EN-EL15 batteries not doing the job with the newer cameras; also concerns with fake knock-offs offered. This is the real deal!

I used this battery and bought a second....i used it to shoot ALL day and ran out literally about 5 mins before i stopped shooting. and i still had a second battery.

Love the en-le15 nikon batteries, steady and last very long for a long time. Would get 5 stars, except Best Buy sent me one that had obviously been opened already. the plastic sleeve was all wrinkled and no other nikon batteries have ever come that way new. Wish they had stickers on them like the use to.

Battery seems to have a good life, but I have not had the chance to use it extensively yet.

The best camera I've ever owned! It's a great camera for the intermediate photographer!! The features are outstanding especially the scene options.

I personally only buy Nikon Batteries. They may try and sell you a Watson. Which could be fine but I've not tried one. I like the nikon too much.
