Great Flash. Very user friendly. Light weight too.

Though it’s not a pro caliber flash unit, photography enthusiasts will still be pleased using it. It’s easy to use, and produces a wonderful light. I knocked it down one point for the build quality; just a bit too flimsy for my taste. And I knocked it down another point for not having a sync terminal, a must have feature when using an off camera setup with Pocket Wizards. But otherwise, it will suffice for general photography purposes.

Nice flash without spending the extra $$ for the 900.

This is an excellent for flash photography. I just love it. results are marvellous. but only thing is it is little expensive compared to others.

The flash is great and works well but the buttons etc the understanding of it is different. The flash is amazing cool though.

Since can act like a remote commander with other flashes, this would considered a good studio flash.

Doesn't have the bells and whistles as its big brother, but more than adequate features for the advanced armature photographer.

I would highly recommend you invest your money in this flash if you need one. This is a much better investment than the other entry level flashes offered by Nikon because it offers so many more permutations for getting that perfect shot. Would highly recommend this for any budding photographer.

I have had my Nikon D5100 for over a year now. I have never really taken good inside pictures until now. I didn't know what I was missing. This flash is great. I can angle the flash different ways to get different lighting affects. It also comes with multiple diffusers which are very helpful to soften the light.

Bought it for my wife on christmas for her nikon d7000 as she always feels left out with my 2 cousins everytime they do photoshoots ( as a hobby ) in low light conditions. Results are great so far. Hardly required any editing at all with night shots.

I purchased this flash head along with my D7100 kit. This is my first go around with a good solid flash head along with a digital SLR. Using the swivel head has been my favorite function to date as I am just not learning how to bounce light. Yes the cost is a bit much however in the long run you will be glad that you did.

I bought this flash couple of weeks ago and so far i have been loving it. The quality of pictures are superb when taken in low light conditions. Highly recommend this flash to take your photography to the next level. There are cheaper options available but you miss on couple of imp features like TTL etc.

Decent speed/distant flash, I think if I were to buy another flash I would go for the 900 for a little more money I think it makes a big difference.

You will not find a better deal for the money. This flash is versatile. It works great with or without modifiers.
