I held out buying an external flash (I didn't want to fork out the money for the SB-900) and finally took the plunge. I just used it for a wedding I shot and it worked wonders during the church family group shots. If you are on the fence about this one just buy it!

I have used both an off brand flash and now this Nikon flash, and the Nikon flash is a much better buy. It's pricier than its off brand counterparts but with the swivel capability and extras, you can do much more with your photos.

I have used this flash for several different types of photo shoots and it has created a better light balanced photo. I would have liked a DVD that walked you through the different modes for flash photography.

I picked up this flash before a wedding shoot. Great flash for the price!!

I bought this as a gift for my wife who loves taking photos of our kids! This flash adds so much color and details to the picture! It's a MUST HAVE!

I already own one SB700 and I'm very happy with it. I needed a second one. It puts out a great amount of light in low light situations. By adjusting my camera settings appropriately, I don't have to use my flash at the maximum strength in low light.

Replaced my old 400 with this. Great upgrade. Easy to use and much faster.

It's a nikon. It works fabulously. I do not give out 5 stars, but have no complaints.

I bought it for indoor photography to take pictures of my family and friends and for this purpose that is an excellent flash. I occasionally take outdoor pictures and they come out fine when taken up-close; but when it comes to a longer distance (more that 15 feet) I feel the need for a more powerful flash. I really like the flash because it gives me the control over the light under different angles which fits my purposes of taking family pictures.

Great addition for my Nikon D7500. The balance fill-flash is very useful. Angle of coverage is excellent for my zooms. The flash viewing window is informative.

It's an excellent speed light if you are serious about photography and what not! i find it to greatly enhance the quality of my photographs!! Especially for portraits. Well worth the cash!

This is a great portable flash with an awesome recycle time. So good I got one more and would be buying an additional one even. They go with me on location shoots and are so easy and flexible to set up.
