For the price, it's worth it. I recomend at least 3 heads for good illumination.

After researching flash options, I purchased this one. I have been using it but I am not getting the results I needed. I needed a flash to use at sports events in school gymnasiums. I probably need a stronger lens.

Best flash in the store for my nikon d80. When synched correctly theres no delay.

Excellent flash with tilting and swivel head. For portraits don't aim directly at the subject, bounce the flash off a wall behind you. Great results. This flash is a good trade off of price vs. functionality.

This flash works so well, I bought a second one! I've done shoots with these, as well as the predecessor, the SB600, and the recharge time on these is exponentially faster!

I was having issues with photo brightness and grainy pictures. Buying this flash took away most of those issues away (also had to tweak with the ISO, Aperture and Shutter Speed, but this was not major)

What a flash! Simply the best. Knows no equal. Words fail me...

I'm new to photography and have always hated the built in flash, this is nice to be able to adjust and turn the flash so it's not directly on the person or thing you're shooting but still lights everything up nicely

While this flash is a bit pricey it is overall an excellent flash and a great value. I was even able to figure out how to get it to work as a remote flash with my entry level Nikon D3000

Fantastic flash! Immediately integrated settings with camera, automatically communicates attached color filters and/or diffuser. Well worth the cost as compared to non-Nikon branded flashes.

A great flash unit with a few bells and whistles. Quality is what you'd expect from Nikon. I especially like the three flash patterns built in the unit. High-end flash with a high-end price though.
