    Communication quit working with Android auto within an hour of purchasing, returned for a slightly cheaper cable from one of their competitors and haven't had a problem since. It still sent power to the device, I did not check to see if the fast charging function was still operational after the data failure but it might be a okay option if the only reason you're buying it is to power a thing electrically.
