funny memories, but unrealistic. it was worth re-watching for more laughs 40 years later :)

It took forever to get the pick up ,about 4 hours. I went in the kid at the door said oh well just wait. He was totally rude and co disending. He said we just started this service just wait. Shouldnt you check it out and work out the ki ks before launching before Christmas. I never did get it delivered to me car. I consider it a failure..would never recommend it to anyone.

This was a gift for my BFF and she said the video was jerky; it intermittently froze during play.

Three frustrated office workers (Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Dolly Parton) bond over their increasing contempt for their boss (Dabney Coleman), who's 'a sexist, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot.' That's when they unexpectedly get their chance to get even with him. The three leading ladies make a wonderful, funny team. The best part, is when they share their fantasies for offing the boss with Tomlin's fantasy being the best. The title song rightfully remains Parton's biggest hit.

Anytime I need a laugh, I can rely on this film to provide them despite the numerous times I've seen it. That's a credit to everyone involved in making this film, but most especially to the three actresses who really play well off each other with comedic brilliance! I'm glad they have released a special edition, as I waited to buy it on DVD for just such an edition. Now the long wait is over.

I have always enjoyed this film. Even like the famous song. And, it is still catchy all these years later. I think the cast were perfect in their roles. Course, in this day in age, a lot of the thing the Franklin Hart character & the company did would NOT be stood for now. Good but normal extras with it. Did NOT like when putting the disc in you do NOT go automatically to the menu but to LOUD ADVERTISING MUSIC. NOT GOOD ON ANY DISC & GOES AGAINST WHAT THE THEME OF THE FILM. The picture quality needs some work. For a "special edition" release the picture quality was dull.
