I was in store looking for a coffee maker since I wanted something better than my keurig. After reading excellent reviews on the ninja, we decided to move forward with the purchase. Not only was it a great deal, but the functionality and design fit perfect with my lifestyle not to mention it makes a great cup of coffee!

This makes a good cup of coffee. I enjoy the option for bold brew, as well as small batch. I use the paper filters because clean up is easier. I only brew 3 cups a day, so the filter lasts for 3 days. The only complaint I have is if you want to use the timer of even just brew a cup you have to push 2 buttons. First the power button then the delay brew or brew. I cant speak of reliability as I've only had this for a month. So far so good. For the record, I returned this machine to Best Buy, because my sister bought one as a gift for me on Amazon. I did find the coffee maker on another site for $20 less and Best Buy would not match the price. The return went smooth and I will continue to purchase products from Best Buy.

One of my favorite features of this coffee maker is the removable water reservoir. It is so easy to fill, but the lid of the reservoir is removable and also makes it so easy to fill without removing from the coffee maker because it is so big. How many times have you tried to pour water in a tiny little space in other coffee makers? I love that the lid to the carafe locks in place, I love the rich brew feature. It is very easy to program. You can program to start in the morning by pushing the delayed brew button. It doesn't make coffee fast, but that should not stop you from buying this. I also love the warming plate, it does not appear that the coating is not going to chip like my Cuisinart did. Most of the parts are dishwasher safe. They give you a coffee scoop that attaches to the side of the machine, I don't use it because I have one in my coffee can and put it back in the can after use... It looks great on my counter! Highly recommended.

Wife wanted to switch back to a coffee pot from disposable pods. This thing has been perfect. From the little coffee scooper mounted on the side to the programmable timing, and removable water tank, everything has been great. No leaks or spills and easy to clean.

The best coffee maker I ever bought. I love everything about it. It’s easy to use and clean and the coffee tastes great. It stays hot like a coffee pot should and turns off on its own. I would never buy another brand of coffee maker again.

I have used cuisinart coffee makers for years, but they have a design flaw that allows the water to overflow the filter and clog the machine with grinds. The ninja is equivalent and addresses this critical flaw. The design is modern and the “rich” brew mode makes good tasting strong coffee. My only complaint is the lack of an integrated filter. I have to use a zero water pitcher to ensue I don’t get the flavor ruining contaminants of tap water.

I've had this Ninja coffee maker for 2 months and I love it. Brews the hottest coffee I've had except for coffee shops! The water tank is easy to access and easy to see when pouring water in. This is the first carafe I've ever had that truly does not drip after pouring. And when you interrupt brewing to pour a cup -- there is no drip. Overall, very impressive. There are 2 things that are not ideal. One is there is no temp control for the burner -- I like to not keep the coffee in the pot on the very hot setting, but since I don't use that feature often I can live with it. The second is the buttons to turn power on and then brew button need to be pressed firmly and I have to hold the coffee maker to make sure it doesn't move back.

THIS IS A GREAT COFFEE MACHINE. I'M REALLY ENJOYING IT. IT SATURATES THE COFFEE GRINDS QUITE WELL AND DELIVERS A GREAT CUP OF COFFEE EVERY TIME. PROGRAMMING IT IS EASY AND WITHIN 7 TO 10 MINUTE YOUR COFFEE IS ALWAYS READY. GREAT PRODUCT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great coffee maker with a wonderful concept — the water supply is clear and removable so you don’t have to wonder if it is clean. I’ve used quisinart for years, but this Ninja is equal in coffee quality and much easier to fill and keep clean.

I did my research and chose the Ninja 12 cup coffee maker. It makes a good, hot cup of coffee. I love the delay set up and the fact that I can adjust the warmer plate time. It is easy to set up and to clean. A quality product, it will hopefully last for years to come!

Definately makes perfect coffee every time. I really like being able to make a small batch about 2 cups of coffee and is simple and comes out perfect. I would definitely recommend this one for anyone who likes basic coffee.

Easy to clean. You have to configure how strong or light of coffee youd like but its great once its set! One of the best things is the timer as you can set it to have coffee ready in the morning

For years I’ve tried to find a coffee maker that will make a great cup of coffee without breaking the bank. Trust me when I say this is it. No more looking for a scooper, and no more guessing on how many scoops you need to use. It’s pretty simple by your 2nd-4th pot you should have found what works best for you. I do a 1:1 ratio so 1 scoop coffee to 1 cup of water and brew it on rich. Some might like a 1:1 classic brew while there may even be a few of you that prefer a weaker coffee so just reduce your coffee scoop by 1 so if it’s 8 cups of water then 7 scoops of coffee should do the trick. Trust me when I say when you find what works, you’ll know it. I’m finally able to make an amazing cup of coffee that has substance and body and doesn’t taste like flavored water all while not breaking my wallet. On a side note I still recommend using a filter even though it has a reusable cone with it.

After a month of use, this coffee maker has become std. part of our daily am coffee making ritual. No issues, making consistently good coffee. Easy use and cleaning with no real complaints. Using the included environmentally friendly metal mesh filter requires a little more cleaning diligence but we found the residual grounds that get through are acceptable level. Great product!!

Sleek & looks nice on counter. Provides the exact amount of coffee with water entered. Coffee remains hot & the extra warmer time is a nice function. Had been looking for a while, & daughter n law suggested as she has had one for some time.

This is a no fuss coffee maker. It has a lot of the functions that you expect. But modern design and updated features puts it ahead of most. Despite all that tech, this coffee maker is a breeze to operate. The price and brand quality makes it a bargain.

A removable water tank is the best! Not having to fill up a pot then pour the water into the machine, that usually has a small area, is great. Easy setup and just the right amount of settings including delay brew to get a good cup of coffee.

I bought another name brand coffee maker and had nothing but problems with it. I hated to buy another one but I finally picked this coffee maker and I’m pleased that I did. It works well and the coffee tastes great. It’s easy to figure out. I’m glad I bought it.

This coffee maker is the best! I have had other coffee makers and none work as good or make better coffee as the Ninja. It is easy to clean and works without any issues. I highly recommend.

I like it but not love it. It makes some noise towards the end of brewing. I figured I need to add the water out of the coffee maker meaning I need to pull it out and add it and make sure you pour it directly White parry is in the bottom so it won t get any air. And then outhit back in the coffee maker. I guess that’s how we suppose to do it. Other wise coffee is good
