Ninja products are usually very good quality and this is true of the coffee maker too. It makes a good pot of coffee, is simple to use and I love the built in warmer. The only complaint would be that it isn't faster brewing but it doesn't take to long.

Yay! I can have hot coffee at home everyday. I love the cone filter, it quickly brews the 20 oz of coffee I drink, the clear water reservoir is useful for accurate measuring.

I really appreciate this coffee maker. It is well designed, especially for our use with the reservoir on the right side next to our sink so we can use the pull out faucet to fill it while assembled. The coffee is rich with this maker even on the regular setting (there are 2 flavor settings reg and rich). When we use the included coffee ground basket filter we do seem to get a residue in the coffee. We switched to a paper filter and that cleared up that issue. The measuring spoon on the side is a nice touch. The brewer is quiet and steady, with limited steam until the end. Overall, this seems well made but we will see if it lasts which has been an issue with our last 2 coffee makers.

The coffee pot is good quality. It’s ease of use and sleek design. It’s very easy to clean which is another plus. Making coffee overall is quite simple when it comes to this one. My only complaint would be the settings of the coffee pot. Haven’t quite figured out what the string brew setting does. Not sure it makes the coffee any stronger at all.

I love this coffee maker. This is my second ninja purchase consider the blender was great as well. I love that you can take the water tank off and fill it. It is very easy to clean and works very well.

I don't usually write reviews, but the Ninja coffee maker makes really delicious coffee. It's easy to use, keeps the coffee super hot for a long time, and you won't need to grind your own coffee. I use already ground coffee and it comes out delicious!

Takes basic to a whole new level.. The lift off water reservoir is the BEST! No more spilling/pouring water over coffeemaker/counter etc. Take to the sink, fill and set in place. Permanent, fine mesh filter is great as I no longer have to mess around with paper filters. I have found that if I put my grinder on a fine grind setting 3 j (just under medium) I avoid any grounds in pot. Haven't tried going finer yet. Has a "rich/classic" brew feature which is equally nice. Makes experimenting with different coffee fun. Also like the feature to have warming plate on or off. Looks stylish, super easy to pour without dripping and lid locks well into place. This not only looks stylish and expensive but has a few more features to make it a bit fancier than a basic coffee pot!

We’ve used Cuisinart coffee makers for the past 15 years. It was time for a new pot as the cuisinart was leaking. Saw good reviews on this Ninja, so we decided to take a shot on it. Couldn’t be more happy with our decision. The pour spout is practically spill proof, unlike our our Cuisinarts. Absolutely love the water reservoir. We just lift the reservoir of the machine, fill it up and put it back on the machine. Way more convenient than filling the pot, then trying to pour the water into the small reservoir opening on the Cuisinart (meanwhile water dripping from the pot as you are trying to fill). Love this pot!

I'll start by saying that I don't like hot drinks, but I love coffee. I'm not a "cold brew" fan, I just like regular coffee cold. The Ninja pot has several features I really like. First, for cleanliness and ease of use both the filter basket and water reservoir are removable. Secondly, the hot plate can be disabled (just press the "Keep Warm" button to turn it off), so my coffee cools quickly and doesn't get burnt. Finally, you can buy replacement carafes and water reservoirs and such from Ninja (although they show that they are sold out currently, but I'm assuming they eventually have some in stock). Only thing I don't like is the height of the unit. You can't open the filter cover if it is under your cabinets- a flip out or slide out design would have worked better for me.

Great coffee-maker! Versatile to make small batches or larger ones with more locally ground coffees. A step up from the Keurig machine my wife was used to.

I love a good cup of coffee and this coffee maker provides just that. The brew temperature is hotter than my old Mr. Coffee and that is what makes a better cup of coffee. I have a few pet peeves regarding coffee pots which are: 1. When pausing brew it drips on hot plate - this one doesn't 2. When pouring a cup of coffee the carafe dribbles - this one doesn't 3. 2nd cup of coffee is cooked down by hot plate - this one can be shut off so that doesn't happen 4. When cleaning a coffee pot there is a lot of buildup left in the water reservoir which is hard to clean out - this one goes in dishwasher. I can't be more pleased with this unit.

This pot makes excellent coffee! Just follow the directions, it will be great. We've been using it for about a month now with no problems. Love that it beeps to let me know when it is ready!

We’ve tried several coffee makers & this is the best of the bunch. Easy is the word, easy to load coffee & water & coffee ready in good time & always hot. Also easy to clean & ready pot for next batch.

Makes a great cup. Coffee is nice and hot. The water tank is a convenient way to add the water than my old pot. It does make load noise when brewing but that helps one wake up in the morning.

This is my second Ninja coffee maker and I liked the first one so much I replaced it with the same model when it took an unfortunate tumble off of the counter. It's easy to use, easy to program, and makes great coffee.

Convenient to fill which is important since we make multiple pots a day. Coffee is delicious. Love that we can keep it hot and opt to turn the heat back on after the timer shuts off.

I don't know how I made coffee without this. My old pot (I bought it right as the pandemic began) couldn't keep time, making the delay brew feature useless. This pot keeps time perfectly, so I can have my coffee brewed for when I wake up. It comes with a reusable filter and detachable water reservoir. What I don't like about this pot, is the lid. The lid on the pot screws on, and if it isn't aligned perfectly, it doesn't screw on right. The only other flaw is some times water gets trapped between the glass and the plastic around the top of the pot.

Best coffee maker we've ever had. The coffee is nice and hot and tastes really good. Easy to use, easy to clean, has a filter that you can clean, so no unwanted waste with filters. Really nice machine!

The Ninja 12 Cup is an excellent product for people who just want a good cup of coffee. It is a no frills unit, but it has the basic features you need to brew and keep the coffee hot. It was also on sale!!
