I bought that Ninja 12 cup coffee brewer abought two months ago and I had a bad experience with it, I will explain why. I had been using that coffee brewer for a while after I bought it. Then, during this month, I had left it unused for many days. Then, the other day, I thought I would use it for making a pot of coffee. Then, I was shocked to see about 200 or more different ants or bugs, just walking or standing inside the coffee maker. For example, those ants or bugs were by the filter the machine had. I did not know what to do and I just took the coffee machine and I threw it in the trash.

The ninja coffee maker has several very useful features including a removable water reservoir and multiple brewing settings. We are really enjoying the new coffee maker and it's ease of use.

I cannot recommend this coffeemaker high enough. From the moment I opened the box, I knew I had made the right decision. It was easy to wash and get assembled, came with a gold mesh reusable coffeemaker, which was a nice surprise and even came with its own scoop that attaches right to the machine. A huge plus for me was that the reservoir is removable so I don't have to pour water directly into the machine. I love all of the functions especially the one that allows me to make a small batch as well as tweak brewing, depending on what I am going to be doing that day. It's also such a pretty machine and takes up much less space than the one I had previously. All in all, I am completely happy with this purchase and have recommended it to anyone I overhear looking for a coffee machine.

We've been brewing coffee in our new coffee maker for a good month now, and every brew has been very good! The auto-brew option is especially nice, allowing me to wake up to fresh brew each morning. The coffee maker is really sturdy in design. The carafe feels solid in your hand. The pour spout is wider, making for a smoother pour without drips. It's important to follow the initial steps given for prepping the coffee maker before you make the first pot of coffee. The steps help ensure you remove anything left over from the manufacturing phase. I like that they recommended using a vinegar water blend, and then brewing again using just water. All the steps lead to really good coffee for us every time.

Excellent coffee maker so far. Easy to fill tank that holds water and functions as expected. Keeps coffee at a nice warm/hot temperature which my last coffee maker failed to do. Would recommend this.

Great coffee! Being elderly,I was having trouble filling the water reserve.This is so easy,plus all the extras.Timer,keep warm all day if you want.No mess,easy clean,and choose your coffee strength and size.

Easy to take apart and clean, the coffee scoop that comes with it is a fanatic little extra item to go along. Brews quite quick too. Highly recommended!

Great coffee brewer. It is very easy to use and very easy to program. I appreciate the ability to remove the water container, in order to fill up and to clean. The coffee taste great as well.

The Ninja coffee maker is very easy to use and very easy to clean. No hidden or hard to get to parts. It adequately brews a decent cup of coffee. I wouldn't say it's a great cup, but it gets the job done. If I would have paid the $100 MSRP, I would have returned. If you want a no-hassle machine, this is the one.

Brews really well, apparently the temperature and timing are right on. Generally easy to operate. Buttons are kinda stiff and we find ourselves putting one hand behind the coffee maker so it doesn't move when buttons are pushed. It is somewhat difficult to clean inside the carafe below the body band. We like this coffee maker very much.

I wasn't sure about staying with a glass carafe drip coffee machine, but I took a chance on this one because I liked the idea of the removable water reservoir. IT IS A GAME CHANGER. I take it out, fill it up with my refrigerator water dispenser, and return it -- there's no more having to use the carafe to fill the reservoir, then drip all over the warming plate. The carafe's lid actually locks, and the spout does. not. drip. It's also super quit up until the final minutes of brewing, when it gurgles right before the beep that lets you know it's done. I also like that it has two brewing options -- classic and rich. This is a great machine.

After a few months of use, my initial reaction was confirmed. This is a well-designed, engineered and manufactured coffee maker. It's not the least expensive option, but I think it's worth it. And it makes good coffee.

I like this coffee maker. I like the removable water reservoir and it seems like I actually use less coffee because it really makes it strong. I prefer to use the paper filters over the reusable one that comes with it because of ease of cleaning. Other than that it makes really good coffee for me.

This makes some of the best tasting coffee. The keep warm also keeps the coffee nice and hot. The removable tank make filling mess free and easier for a disabled person. Love this thing.

We’ve had this coffee pot for 9 months now. It is the best one we’ve ever had! Easy to fill via our refrigerator’s filtered water spout. Great timer and small and large pot settings.

I needed a new coffeemaker and shopped online for two to three hours looking at coffeemakers and reading reviews. I had a coffeemaker with a grinder before that ground the beans. However, I decided to go with just the coffeemaker aspect and get a separate grinder. This coffee brewer is easy to set up, easy to put coffee on in the morning and easy to clean. I have used it for a little over a week and am thoroughly satisfied with it. It is quick. I know Ninja is a good product having had another Ninja product. I felt like it was a good price and I did recommend it to someone looking for a coffee brewer.
