Bought this coffeemaker because you can remove water reservoir to fill, but I still have to slide it forward to get coffee in it because of cabinets, it's a little tricky to set up, but ok when you get used to it, makes good hot coffee, easy to clean

I own a few Ninja products, so gave this a try. Works as well as all Ninja products. Easy to use, with removable filler. Great coffee flavor.....

Though it may not have as many features as some this device is very easy to use, brews an excellent cup of coffee and does it in a relatively short time. I would suggest this coffee pot for anyone who is just looking for dependable coffee maker.

This is my second purchase of the Ninja 12-cup Coffee Maker. I ended up giving my daughter the first one, but I liked it so much I wanted another just like it. I simply cannot recommend this coffee maker enough. I had the first one for well over a year with no issues whatsoever, and so far I can say the same thing about the second. No grounds in the pot, no spillovers. Nothing too fancy, just an all-round great coffee maker. Very happy.

Just what I was looking for... in a coffee maker. Pours without any spill, clock is lighted up and brews great coffee... nice looking in the kitchen too... Ed P.

I love how fresh the brew tastes and how hot this coffee make gets the coffee. Love everything about this maker especially the removable water tank for easy filling.

Love the way you add the water. Coffee stays hot. Easy to clean and operate. With the delayed brew I wake up to a great cup of coffee

The water reservoir is nice. Fill at the sink and set it on the side of the coffee maker. No more trying to pour water into your machine. Makes good coffee.

The removable water reservoir is the reason why we purchased this coffee maker. When you have arthritis in your hands it is very difficult to pour the water in using the carafe. With the Ninja coffee maker, you just fill and place the container on its stand. The 2 coffee settings are great too, especially the Rich setting which brews a little slower so the coffee tastes richer and not bitter. We are very happy with our purchase.

this makes a GREAT pot of coffee and is very easy to use and clean up. so glad we got rid of the pod method of making coffee and back to the real deal!! :)

It might look ugly but to me it looks charming. This little wonder keeps on brewing cup after cup. Its well made.

We bought this coffee maker to replace a Mr. Coffee coffee maker. I was hoping to find another one like the old one. But I wasn't able to. When we came upon this coffee maker, we took a serious look at it. We have other Ninja products at home that are great. This falls right in line. From the removable reservoir to all of the controls to make the perfect pot of coffee when you want it to be done. If you can't live without coffee, this is the machine for you.

Good coffee, easy to use and love that where the water comes out isn’t constantly covered in coffee grounds (like other makes I’ve owned).

Produces a good cup of coffee each morning. I thought that I would be annoyed by the removable side water tank, but I was wrong. The grips on the water tank make this easy to fill and return to the coffee maker.

Have a couple of brewing options.. coffee actually taste better. I like the detachable water tank. Love the RICH brew setting.

Quite pleased with this coffee maker. No water spills and easy to use. Easy to clean and makes excellent coffee in two different blends.

We absolutely love that the water reservoir gets filled at the sink instead of lifting a lid and pouring from the carafe. I wish there were only one button to turn it on (a few times I’ve turned it on and walked away only to discover that I’d forgotten to also hit the brew button). The warming feature is great. It doesn’t specifically turn off after two hours like most auto-shut off units, but the heating element does turn off despite the unit power still being on. I like the Ninja enough to also purchase one as a gift.

I’ve been through three coffee pots in two years. The warranties are always awful and it’s easier to just get a new pot. After a bad experience with Hamilton beach And two expensive models of mr coffee, I wound up here. I was hesitant to drop this much on a brand I am unfamiliar with, but do not regret it at all. Makes strong, hot coffee every time and the metal reusable filter is excellent. It does allow some fine grounds into the coffee though; I recommend some paper cone filters if making espresso roast, etc.

Love this coffee pot! No spill carafe, external water reservoir, and makes a perfect cup of coffee -- couldn't ask for more!

Brews great tasting coffee. I love the removable water tank, makes filling and cleaning so much easier. Well worth the cost
