Customers are enthusiastic about the 12-Cup Coffee Maker's coffee quality and ease of use. Many appreciate the removable water reservoir and overall performance. While the design and timer are liked by some, a few customers find the price and size to be a drawback, and have noted the noise level and filter performance.

This is a replacement for the older Ninja Coffee Bar we've had for a few years. This is really nice. Brews quietly, easy to fill, lots of good features, easy to use. Looks nice and is not too big on the counter. We are using a paper filter and it works fine. The end of cycle beep can't be turned off. I have concern for the cheap plastic buttons over time. Also wish the cord was about a foot longer to be able to pull it out further from under the counter. It works but not much room to spare. Have been using it for about a month.

Went through some bad coffee makers, from plastic warping to heater plates rusting immediately. This coffee maker has none of those issues. The quality is very high for this, and it competes with coffee makes 2 to 3 times the price. we were going to spend that much to get something that just works. we saw this and knew that we have always liked the Ninja brand, we took the risk and we have been perfectly happy! We have been very happy with all of our Ninja products! This one delivers with flying colors!
I would recommend this to a friend

Really like this coffee maker. Had a Kitchen Aid that I really liked that died and thought I'd try this one. First Ninja and I am impressed so far. The carafe is really solid and pours like a dream. No drips like we had a little with our old one. Our old one was 14 cup so this is a little smaller but still big enough. It's got the cone shaped filter and I prefer the basket but that's a preference thing. All in all, easy to use solid construction and the coffee tastes great!

nice quality coffee pot, brew takes some time but it makes a good cup of coffee. The tank used to fill with water is more convenient than filling carafe. Family enjoys this new coffee pot.

Best coffee-maker I've ever purchased and I've gone through a lot of coffee-makers in my time. The Ninja is very well made, very sturdy, has Classic or Rich brew cycles. (I love the RICH setting) Great feature is there's also a small batch brew option for 4 cups and under. I use that feature alot when my son is away for college, because the wife doesn't drink coffee. (Weird I know) SO simple and easy to use too.
Very good coffeemaker, but lacks a couple features

Overall, this is a very good coffeepot, with nearly all the features you'd want. Good construction, and easy to clean. Higher end parts than you would get in most comparable coffee pots.
There are only a couple features it lacks. First, it does not chime or beep when the warmer plate turns off. Second, there is no timer indicator that shows how much time is left before the warmer plate turns itself off.

I especially like that I can 'see' the water reserve & clean it easily.
I had a Bunn before & it was very hard to clean the scale/calcium build-up in the top where you poured the water in, let alone you could NOT see the reserve that held/warmed the water.
I really like this unit, although prefer paper filters because they seem to filter-out the fine coffee dust that you 'see' on the bottom of the pot with the screen filter.

I purchased this on sale as a gift for my father. I visit him every weekend and we always have the coffee hot and ready. I personally own a single use Keurig at home, but feel that this Ninja brews a better more quality cup of coffee. The model is built well and feels like it is made with quality. It can brew an entire pot pretty quickly at what I would call the closest to perfect temp that I have experienced in a coffee maker.
