The seal on the water reservoir broke in under a year and a half of regular use (with regular descaling/cleaning). Can no longer remove the reservoir to fill because it leaks when it's not on the base. Went to buy a replacement reservoir, and it costs just as much as buying a whole new coffee maker. Other than that its a great machine. Do better Ninja!

I purchased this on sale as a gift for my father. I visit him every weekend and we always have the coffee hot and ready. I personally own a single use Keurig at home, but feel that this Ninja brews a better more quality cup of coffee. The model is built well and feels like it is made with quality. It can brew an entire pot pretty quickly at what I would call the closest to perfect temp that I have experienced in a coffee maker.

The coffee pot works well. The settings are a little hard to read as they are small. You need to read the manual in order to set up for automatic brewing, overall the coffee taste better than with my very old coffee maker. I like the way the coffee maker looks as it matches other Nija products we have in our kitchen I would definitely recommend purchasing this item.

Does everything it says it will and very quick brew with easy clean up. Great easy to read directions.

I will be brief ... I am able to keep this coffee maker cleaner than any before it because the water reservoir comes off and the filter holder slides out too. The result of this is I start each day with a clean machine and am rewarded with a really tasty pot of coffee. My only nit is that the recommended dose (one scoop per cup) was too strong for us. We do 6.5 scoops for 8 cups, but your tastes will vary. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Solid build. Looks modern. Makes perfect coffee. All you need it to do. The features are nice as well. The auto brew etc.
