Customer Ratings & Reviews

I purchased this on sale as a gift for my father. I visit him every weekend and we always have the coffee hot and ready. I personally own a single use Keurig at home, but feel that this Ninja brews a better more quality cup of coffee. The model is built well and feels like it is made with quality. It can brew an entire pot pretty quickly at what I would call the closest to perfect temp that I have experienced in a coffee maker.

Solid build. Looks modern. Makes perfect coffee. All you need it to do. The features are nice as well. The auto brew etc.

Love this product coffee stays hot and there is no leakage when pouring your hot liquid from the decanter

Love the removable water tank. First brew was delicious and I was able to easily program for my early morning commute!

Does everything it says it will and very quick brew with easy clean up. Great easy to read directions.

Love my new coffee maker. It’s easy to use, I can clean it throughly and it makes great coffee

Ninja known for great products will not disappoint. Great coffee and filter. Easy to use and excellent delay timer.

I will be brief ... I am able to keep this coffee maker cleaner than any before it because the water reservoir comes off and the filter holder slides out too. The result of this is I start each day with a clean machine and am rewarded with a really tasty pot of coffee. My only nit is that the recommended dose (one scoop per cup) was too strong for us. We do 6.5 scoops for 8 cups, but your tastes will vary. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I love this coffee maker. Super easy to use. Coffee comes out great everytime

Very easy to use and program. Makes excellent coffee, exactly what you need to get you going in the morning

Very nice you’ll love it works great I’ve had it for 2months with no complaints easy to operate and no more filters

makes excellent coffee, easy to use and saved $20, highly recommended

Very simple to use ! Keeps coffee hot and is easy to use. One of the best products I have used to brew coffee.

So far, so good with the Ninja Coffee 12-Cup Coffee Brewer. The clear water reservoir on the side is an excellent innovation, Coffee brews well, nice and hot and strong. Be sure to read the manual before use and follow instructions carefully. This model is a cut above most home coffee brewers, and I have tried several brands.

The coffee pot works well. The settings are a little hard to read as they are small. You need to read the manual in order to set up for automatic brewing, overall the coffee taste better than with my very old coffee maker. I like the way the coffee maker looks as it matches other Nija products we have in our kitchen I would definitely recommend purchasing this item.
