I have bought 4 other coffee pots over the last 2 years. The other ones were less expensive, but the coffee never stayed hot and didn't get hot to start. This maker makes the coffee so much warmer to start, and I can drink my whole pot over the next 4 hours and it's continuously hot. Great for the work for home model we live in now. The water opening is large and no spills. Comes with a nice reusable coffee filter.

For years we only used one particular coffee pot because of how it made the coffee. Low and behold the coffee maker died and it was no longer available to purchase. Searching far and wide we found this one and gave it a try. It far exceeded our expectations, absolutely love this coffee maker! It makes the perfect cup of coffee.

Bought this to replace a Kitchenaid coffee maker I use to make ice tea from leaf. I needed a coffee make that has the ability to get very hot and have the coverage for the basket.....this unit met those requirements. First time I used it, I knew I made a good decision on my purchase. Now, I'm waiting for my actual coffee maker to fail so I can replace it with another one of these. I'm very pleased with the quality and functions.

Works great! I love it! Easy to use! And you can turn on of off the hotplate so I can keep it hot when I want it hot! The only thing I don't like it the last cup seems to have a lot of settlement at the bottom but it's worth it. I could use paper filters in conjunction with the permanent filter but I don't.

This coffee maker has pretty much everything we were hoping for. It has a detachable tank that makes it easy to clean, varied brew strengths, it’s pretty fast and the coffee tastes great. We especially love the warmer, which the old coffee maker didn’t have. However, the carafe seems to stain very easily. No amount of scrubbing gets the staining from the coffee out, which wasn’t an issue on the mr coffee we had.
