Very easy to use. Makes perfect coffee every time. Easy to clean.

We love our Ninja 12 cup coffee maker. Great coffee and easy to use.

It works well makes great coffee and easy to use well worth the money

Excellent product I would definitely recommend this to family! My mom loves it!!!!

I have bought 4 other coffee pots over the last 2 years. The other ones were less expensive, but the coffee never stayed hot and didn't get hot to start. This maker makes the coffee so much warmer to start, and I can drink my whole pot over the next 4 hours and it's continuously hot. Great for the work for home model we live in now. The water opening is large and no spills. Comes with a nice reusable coffee filter.

Excellent coffee maker. Easy to clean. Makes a perfect cup of coffee. Great product!!

Bought this to replace a Kitchenaid coffee maker I use to make ice tea from leaf. I needed a coffee make that has the ability to get very hot and have the coverage for the basket.....this unit met those requirements. First time I used it, I knew I made a good decision on my purchase. Now, I'm waiting for my actual coffee maker to fail so I can replace it with another one of these. I'm very pleased with the quality and functions.

Really nice. Just right for my needs in making coffee, makes different cup levels, clock, timer.

Love it! Makes good coffee, is easy to use and set up, and looks very nice on the counter.

Makes very good coffee, very fast, a great buy. Easy to use,and clean, need to get extra filter for it.

Hot coffee! Easy fill water reservoir. Looks good. Doesn’t take up a lot of room.

Works great! I love it! Easy to use! And you can turn on of off the hotplate so I can keep it hot when I want it hot! The only thing I don't like it the last cup seems to have a lot of settlement at the bottom but it's worth it. I could use paper filters in conjunction with the permanent filter but I don't.

This is my 2nd Ninja Coffee Maker, I just love it. Easy to use and makes great coffee.

Easy to use and program brews quickly and hot enough to stay that way through your whole cup

Got this coffee machine to replace my Capresso. At 12 cups, it fills over double the daily amount that my old one did. Additionally, I like how it has options to make "classic" or "bold"-flavored cups, the latter being my favorite - very strong-tasting! It's also self-cleaning, which is a nice option. Overall, you're paying a premium for a solid coffee machine.

We love it. Easy to use and makes good hot coffee.

Love this coffee maker , coffee stays hot longer . Easy to program your delay brew .

For years we only used one particular coffee pot because of how it made the coffee. Low and behold the coffee maker died and it was no longer available to purchase. Searching far and wide we found this one and gave it a try. It far exceeded our expectations, absolutely love this coffee maker! It makes the perfect cup of coffee.

Great coffee maker, easy to use, multiple settings are great. Recommend this unit!
