Excellent quality coffee for the price. I like that the water reservoir is removable so you can directly fill it. Easy to clean - I remove the reservoir daily to let everything dry. Oddly though, the buttons are difficult to press. I find myself pushing the coffee maker when trying to hit the brew button.

I've had quite a few coffee machines, this one seems to be the most convenient. The crystal clear water reservoir is neat. It doesn't drip when pouring into a cup like others have stated, nice. Big shower of water seems to make the most out of the coffee, flavorful. One thing, the pause serv worked good within the first many uses, now it leaks when pulling out the carafe while brewing, disappointing but not a deal breaker. Haven't had it long for a durability report. Fingers crossed.

I love this coffee maker! Great design, attractive and easy to use. I make coffee in the morning and then switch to tea in the afternoon and evening by using it to make hot water. Further, you can increase the warming plate duration from 2 hours to 4 hours which is handy for me. And I LOVE the measuring spoon that attaches to the side of the unit. Very convenient! I could not be happier with this purchase.

We were die hard keurig users and was tired of constantly picking up pods which could become very expensive over time, especially since we drink plain coffee. Decided to get something more practical for our needs and this works well. Didn’t want a very expensive standard coffee maker or a cheaply made one, this one works well and isn’t very costly.

So far, good. Easy to use and clean. This is my first coffee brewer and it meets my expectations of what I wanted. I haven't had the brewer long enough to experience any problems. Also, I use it occasionally....enjoying a cup of organic coffee from time to time.

Best coffee maker I've ever had! We have some serious coffee drinkers in our household. We freshly grind the coffee beans every morning and froth the milk like a bunch of baristas. This fine quality Ninja coffee maker made a great addition to our coffee station.

Sprinkler head spreads hot water evenly over the grounds, Adjusts for small and large amounts and for strengths. Delay brew is great mostly because the clock is accurate. Settings are saved so you only have to press brew and forget it. Option of using a cone filter or just the wire mesh.

Great product if you’re a coffee drinker and really cost effective

Would have given this 5 stars but after a while my clock started working when it wanted to.

We bought this for our daughter and knew she would love it! And we were right, she fell in love with it after the first use! It keeps coffee hot and being able to select how you want the coffee brewed is a bonus, as well as the timer. We have one of the first Ninja coffee pots they came out with and it’s of excellent quality and still going strong! You can’t go wrong with this!!
