Makes great coffee and it tastes so good! Easy to use and I really like the look of it

makes awesome cup of coffee easy to use like the mesuring cup

Not a cheap product but makes excellent coffee. Easy to clean.

This coffee maker has pretty much everything we were hoping for. It has a detachable tank that makes it easy to clean, varied brew strengths, it’s pretty fast and the coffee tastes great. We especially love the warmer, which the old coffee maker didn’t have. However, the carafe seems to stain very easily. No amount of scrubbing gets the staining from the coffee out, which wasn’t an issue on the mr coffee we had.

I love how practical, easy to work. Most important my coffee tastes delicious!

I love this coffee pot it is easy to use. And it makes a good cup of coffee.

Works great and fast. Was a little pricey compared to other coffee makers but definitely looks better on the counter than others.

Great coffee maker. Good design, stays hot and produces good cup of coffee!

Makes a great cup of coffee, with choices to make your brew a little more rich and bold. It's so easy to get the coffee ready for the next morning with the delay brew setting. I have it set to start the same time as my alarm! The scoop that attaches to the side of the coffee maker takes all the weighing and guesswork out of a simple cup of coffee. We have been very pleased with our purchase.

Love this coffee maker. Easy to fill. Makes a good really hot cup of coffee.

I have been using this coffee maker for just over a month and am very pleased. It makes much better coffee than the flat filter maker I was using. I use the included hole tone filter and grind my beans every morning. I like the removable water container which, to me, makes it easier to fill to the level I want and the coffee is nice and hot when it finishes brewing. It has worked great for me.

Easy to use and the coffee tastes better for some reason. I would definitely recommend.

love it. makes great coffee. Easy to use. easy to clean

The seal on the water reservoir broke in under a year and a half of regular use (with regular descaling/cleaning). Can no longer remove the reservoir to fill because it leaks when it's not on the base. Went to buy a replacement reservoir, and it costs just as much as buying a whole new coffee maker. Other than that its a great machine. Do better Ninja!

pot drips after you pour the coffee, makes a mess.

EASY TO CLEAN, SET UP AND MAKES A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE. FILTER IS REUSABLE AS WELL.

Can’t say how many coffee makers I’ve bought over the years and they are never great and they never last. I had never bought this brand before so was excited. I love that I can pour bottled water right into the detachable reservoir with no spills and no mess. I hate how long it takes to brew a pot of coffee. I’m talking 20 minutes. This isn’t due to sediment build up because it’s been this way since day 1. Now I set the delay for a half hour before I plan to get up so my coffee can be ready.

The controls are well thought out and very functional. I particularly like that you can turn on the warmer plate without having to have it run a brew cycle. The two flavor intensity settings and delayed brew features are nice adds. It's compact enough to fit into a fairly small area and makes very good coffee. Not much more you can ask!

Perfect cup of coffee every time. Love this easy to use coffee pot.

I love it ....the lid was a bit tight at first but my husband kept putting it on taking it off putting it on ...(repeat) that helped to the carafe......it is very pretty sitting on the counter....I wish it made iced coffee too like my other one but ..I like the coffee maker no complaints
