Customers are enthusiastic about the 12-Cup Coffee Maker's coffee quality and ease of use. Many appreciate the removable water reservoir and overall performance. While the design and timer are liked by some, a few customers find the price and size to be a drawback, and have noted the noise level and filter performance.

Sprinkler head spreads hot water evenly over the grounds, Adjusts for small and large amounts and for strengths. Delay brew is great mostly because the clock is accurate. Settings are saved so you only have to press brew and forget it. Option of using a cone filter or just the wire mesh.

I gave up on Keurig. I decided to go back to a 'regular' coffee pot since beginning my day is not a good idea for those around me without my first cup. I do not need to make more than 6 cups [3 mugs for me] and this Ninja allows me to do so without compromising taste. I like the fact that access to the coffee ground is easy to get to and filling the water is also easy. No problems other than I really cannot get the area for the grounds dry enough to leave grounds in overnight. And that is the only problem.

After several grind and brew coffee makers that broke after one year, we finally went back to a drip coffee maker and this one is great. It has a lot of nice features - love the removable water tank so it can be washed regularly, as well as the different brew options and ability to keep the carafe warm without having to turn it on again. I would absolutely recommend this coffee maker.

Purchased this item twice. 1st carafe unfortunately got cracked by accident. Unit is top quality and fit all our needs. Operation is simple and clean up is easy. Replacement carafes are scarce at best. I’ll buy an extra carafe when they become available.

I had one of the original Ninja "coffee bars' which gave out after several years of use. I liked the way it made coffee but hardly used the extra features. This coffee maker makes use of the best features but with a larger and easier to clean pot, better drip control, uncomplicated options. My only wish is that it brewed faster, but I still highly recommend it.

I needed a new pot and chose the Ninja since I have their flip oven and LOVE it. It did not disappoint. I do wish I had gotten the one with the built in frother since I use my frother every day but oh well ... regardless - the coffee taste is better than what I had previously (Mr. Coffee) and I’ll never go back.

Really nice coffee Brewer. Easy to set up and program your morning coffee. I love the reservoir on the side. I would have given 5 stars but my only downside is the coffee taste pretty weak. I try different options and even with the "rich" set up and it's still weak. But I do like strong coffee. Someone else will have different taste. It's a really good machine after all.

After using a percolator all my life, I decided to make a change. This maker brews flavorful hot coffee. Does take up more counterspace than the percolator and more cumbersome to move from under the counter so steam doesn't rise under cabinets. But I can handle that for my morning fix.
