Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the Coffee 12-Cup Coffee Brewer's coffee quality and ease of use. Many appreciate the removable water reservoir and overall design. However, some find the coffee maker a bit overpriced, and a few have noted its bulky size and that some coffee grounds get through the filter.

This thing makes awesome coffee. We got this just so we can make coffee when we have guest so we don’t have to use our Kerig but instead I can’t start my day without coffee from this Ninja. The Kerig is out and the Ninja is in.

Great addition to newly remodeled kitchen. Smart look. Wooks as advertised but of course most importantly it makes a great cup of coffee. If any complaint slower than my old coffee maker it replaced. Essy fix...set the timer a tad earlier.

Love this. Just had to get rid of my old one because everyone in the house kept leaving it on and it would burn up the pot. This one turns off after a certain time, brews in rich batch mode, small batch mode and classic. Has a reusable filter and a timer. Great pick if you just want to make a good pot of coffee, safely!

I've always owned a cheaper coffee maker and always thought that's all I get from home brewed coffee. I had no idea the coffee maker could make this big of a difference. I'm buying my parents one and my grandma one as well.

I bought this maker as a Christmas gift for my wife. She appreciates good coffee. It looks nice in the kitchen, the coffee tastes great and the delay programming feature is easy to program and works really well. Great coffee maker.

Has the Ninja Coffee Bar which didn't last. Decided I didn't need the bells and whistles. Purchased this and it's great. Best thing is you can remove the water container, it's self contained. Which means easy cleaning. I think it even makes better coffee than the Ninja Coffee Bar which is $200 and this is $79

Overall this Is a good Coffee maker. I like that it has the option to go up to 12 cups of coffee. I haven't figured out all the features yet. I bought it because of the programmable coffee option. I would like to be able to fill it up all the way then click small batch and it only make 4 cups of coffee though its full all the way. However, When I hit small batch it makes all the coffee no matter how much water its in the canister. I'm not sure if this is because I put in 12 cups of water assuming it would stop at 4 or if there is an option I have to click besides small batch. I am guessing I have to put in 4 cups of water then click small batch. Either way I do love this coffee maker. Plus it matches my fridge and Stove. Next I will have to buy a Ninja Foodi stainless steel. I haven't been able to find it in stock.

I was tired of buying the cheap coffee makers only for them to quit working properly after 6 months or less so decided to go with the Ninja. I have several Ninja products and they are high quality and last. Hoping this coffee maker doesn’t disappoint. So far so good

Makes some great coffee, I was surprised. No issues with my unit so far. Bought it because I love the ninja blenders and the unit looked very nice overall. The features are just enough, but not to much. Fancy but not overstated in the looks department. Good coffee temps, and clean taste.

It makes a great cup of coffee! I really like that the reservoir can be removed and cleaned! I also like that it will keep the pot warm for 4 hours. I had it shipped and it did have a few cracks in the plastic housing, but it doesn’t affect the working.

My Cuisinart coffee maker died I immediately thought about replacing it with the same model. But my daughter said why not try the Ninja CE251. I am happy that I listened to her. The price was right and it makes a great pot of coffee ! I purchased on the 4/16 very pleased so far!

Replaced my Ninja hot and cold brew system with it

I purchased this after my Ninja hot and cold brew system failed for a second time under warranty and BB didn't have any more nor could they order one....thank God for that! This unit uses a cone filter and includes and easy lift out for it. The reservoir is large and clearly marked making it easy to adjust your batch sizes depending on your needs. The hot plate works all the time unlike that other unit I had from them and of course I added the geek squad extended warranty just in case it decides to fail like the other one. It's much quieter than the hot and cold system and doesn't irritate people near it who might be trying to do things like watch tv or hold a conversation. The decanter has a very wide mouth making pouring without spilling very easy. Only time will tell if this is a good unit or not.

Makes an excellent cup of coffee. As with all coffee pots, measure the size of your mugs or cups. Their count is for 6 oz. My mugs are much larger. Be aware! Otherwise, the coffee is very good.

This coffee maker makes consistently great coffee. It allows you to select the strength of your coffee for those that don't like it real strong. The warming plate is good at keeping the coffee at a hot temperature.

It was tricky getting used to a different size carafe, and also tricky getting used to NOT using a paper filter with the permanent filter. But it makes great coffee, and keeps it warm longer than the older model with the steel carafe. My only criticism is that I can't take the cover off to wash it thoroughly. It's part of the body, and only time will tell if this could cause problems.
