We had. A very simple coffee maker before purchasing the ninja. The Ninja makes better tasting coffee than our last and performs much more efficiently but it almost had more parts to clean so it was kind of a give-take.

This coffee maker is great! Simple and easy to use. It’s the modern version of an old school coffee maker.

Awesome. Got the coffee maker and plugged it in. No issues. Very good coffee quality.

Really happy with my purchase. This is a high quality coffee maker and best value for your money. Extremely happy with the purchase.

Been using this every morning for 2 years and it’s still like new. Makes pretty decent coffee and looks great on my counter.

Amazing coffee maker couldn't have asked for a better one! Definitely recommend this!

The only "bad" thing, from my point of view, is the cone shaped filter. The normal circle ones are cheaper. Other than that, this thing is great.

This coffee brewer is a good buy. Instructions are easy to understand and this coffee brewer comes with a built in coffee filter.

I love this coffee pot, it is simple to use, easy adjustments for Taste preference , but the pot itself tends to drip when you pour a cup of coffee. This one very simple problem takes away from an otherwise awesome coffee pot.

This is a very nice coffee maker for it's price. Love being able to detach the water reservoir to fill it with water,

Been working well so far. Decided to go with a more expensive coffee maker since the last couple were cheapos and lasted maybe 6 months each. Hopefully, this one will last for a couple years. I like how it's programmable and that the water basin is a separate unit. I also enjoy not having to buy paper filters anymore since it comes with a reusable filter, thus, I've had no issues with coffee flavor. Keeping fingers crossed it will last!!!

Great and excellent quality for the price easier to use Can be better for the price paid

Amazing tasting coffee to where you can drink it black without that hard taste in your throat goes down very smooth

Great coffeemaker - would buy again - drinking more coffee during this pandemic and this works great and looks classy too

Upgraded from Mr. Coffee maker. This one works so much better. Takes a little longer to brew a pot but it’s definitely worth it:)

Had this for 9 months now, gotta say, one of my best purchases made in the last year hands down.
