Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great coffee maker. Only have had it for a month but I hope it is reliable. The rich/classic brew options are nice.

The Ninja coffee brewer arrived on time. I like the ease of the water dispenser and the removable coffee pot lid.

Love the fact that the water holder is detachable and the controls are easy to use. Only draw back is the unit is a little wider, but that's what you get with the detachable water unit. All in all a great purchase.

Excellent customer service. No contact - delivery to my car! Web site easy to navigate. Thank you Best Buy. BCLL.

Got this just before the pandemic hit and its been used daily for the past 2+ months with no problem- works great so far!

Awesome coffee machine, brews just right and is very quiet as well. Love the simplicity of it!!

Great value for the price. Not the traditional style filter system, but brews a nice pot of regular coffee.

It was within months that it started to leak, Then for the next year it was intermittent usually not leaking. Then it started leaking nearly every day. I was looking at replacing and the pot cracked so that finalized my decision. For the price I paid for this, I would have thought it would have lasted as long as the cheaper ones I've bought in the past. I will not buy another Ninja brand. When it wasn't leaking, I really liked it.

This code maker is a great buy. It brews at very hot temperature to extract optimal flavor.

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this machine. It’s perfect. Down to the detachable water bin and reusable filter.

Coffee this is the best coffee machine I’ve owned love it to much. Cleans well and the set up was very easy

This is a great machine although taking the tank off to fill it with water is odd. Also there is no filter for the water to run through to improve the overall life of the machine.

Works better than the average coffee makers plus this one is great at programming and has not failed.

This is probably the best coffe pot we have ever had , no spills no filling the side with a cup . Love it.

Been using it every day in covid. Still use a paper filter, but it otherwise works as advertised.

Keeps it hot all day I love it , we have an old one n still have to warm up after

Wife loves this. Have bought two over 5 years and 4 moves. Survived travel and use well.

Love the style, look and size. Easy to use and clean. I really like the removable water container.
